It is ridiculously hard. Basically you have to throw your flash bangs at exactly the right point - after going through the lounge on the left at the beginning, behind the chairs, over the wooden bit after that (you can sprint past them and they don't notice - your team'll deal with them), down the left side after you go up the stairs, again, spint past. Finally down the corrdior where about 4 guys come at you - you may be blinded and you will have to kill them. Then pace it to the guy and don't do what I did - shoot him in the leg. Time stands still and you will get a shot. Loads of tries and a youtube walkthrough will eventually get you there.
