Aequitas, calm down, he complimented you and yet you found some way to blow up about it. Just because you followed a tutorial does not mean you had the same results. The images do in fact look cut out and pasted on there, regardless of whether or not you merged, that's not what Marix is talking about. What's he's talking about is blending which means you didn't take the time to combine the pictures together in an effective manner. Look at my signature, see how the images do not look like I simply cut it out with scissors and glued it on? The edges of the smaller image of the guy is smooth and realistic as opposed to choppy and unreal. I am not sure about GIMP's tools so I can't explain to you the proper way to blend there but do know that there are ways to better blend things together and it doesn't just involve cutting or however you do it. When you do a good blend the image does not look so flat and 2D, which is sort of how yours look now. _________________ A blessed rage for order
