Ladies and gentlemen,
In an ongoing effort to restore balance before my side-stepping and permitting the final ascension of Darth Prognie to my current position as Emperor, I am making some of the most bold changes since my coronation, and yes: I had planned to make them all along.
What I had not planned was my remaining so long after the suspension of subcouncil activity, and as such, I declare that the Subcouncil for Population Control and Ranks may continue its fine work in maintaining lists, performing regulatory checks and policing the current systems of the Empire.
The High Council itself shall be redressed. As it currently consists, myself, Lady Ducki, Lord Praxeum, Lord Prognie and Lord Scourge cannot possibly discuss matters in a reasonable fashion since we all come from an elevated position.
I am seeking two Sith to represent broader interests on my advisery body. Any Sith may apply, but any Sith may be rejected. Private Message me if you have an interest.
There are stipulations and limitations for these seats. Known as Voices, the two members selected to serve on the High Council will not have voting rights. Instead, they may propose points for discussion or debate, but their vote will hold no weight when I call for one.
