Over the past few days I have looked over both the Imperial Navy's current fleet statuses and also the Royal Guard's operational and tactical past, present, possible future, and mandate.
After such pondering and thinking, I have come to the conclusion that the Royal Guard could better fulfill its mandate and operations with the aide of a personal fleet.
As such, I hereby present the Royal Imperial Guard with The Twenty-Second Fleet for their own fulfillment of their mandate. The actual Fleet's ships will be decided upon by a joint effort with the Military and Royal Guard.
