Trouble in Bastion

“Alexi Borrol”, began the new acting Grand Inquisitor, Lord Aequitas, “the previous Governor of Bastion, was defeated in the gubernatorial elections three days ago. His successor, Governor Terra was supposed to take office today at noon, standard time. However, he refused to leave and threatened the use of his private army – about five hundred men stationed all around the Governor’s Lodge, a hundred acre site. I have been in touch with the Shadow Protector, Lord Tarna, who is also the Moff of this planet, and he has confirmed there are no Royal Guards on site”. The former Grand Mage paused as he looked around the room. About forty or so Inquisitors sat around the room. Looking to his right hand side, he nodded at his High Inquisitor Darth Gra’tua and at another Inquisitor, Inspector General Darth Linex.

“We are not involving any other Order because we do not need Bastion thrown into the spotlight. We already asked the new Governor, Terra, to announce to media that the reason she was not moving in today was due to an ‘illness’ that Borrol has. A lie, naturally, but we cannot cause Bastion to be thrown into the Galactic spotlight – a planet that has leaders that refuse to comply with democracy”. He turned to Gra’tua and stepped back. “High Inquisitor Gra’tua will continue briefing you with the plan.

The amphibious being stood, his dark robes rising of the floor as he continued where the acting Grand Inquisitor left off. "As the Grand Inquisitor stated we are not involving other orders, this means no military, no guards to call if things go sour. Failure in any aspect is not accepted." The head-tails shifted as he looked to the Inquisitor's in front of him, taking only a breath before continuing. "Inquisitor's are to practice stealth, this doesn't mean hide, this means blending in with our surroundings, hiding in plane sight. Infiltrate and arrest. Casualties to a minimum, the less dead, the less we have to cover up or explain." He then looked to the Inspecter General.
