Agreed. There is too much money riding on it & its all too convenient for the J. Howard Marshall's infamous estate. The media says they are not treating it as a crime, but I understand that it is merely the public statement.

Well, if you look at Anna's son who died last year and her, the only common denominator made aware to the public that the lawyer, Stern, was near both.

With the death of Anna's son she has no heir and now here own death. Leaving a 5 month old. who most likely won't get the money. If she does we would have another Paris Hilton.
If the baby is killed in the next 3 or 4 months then it is definatly murder.

Well, the money will go into Trust regardless. In the eyes of the law, she's Stern's baby. So, custody goes to him.
