Which one was a better movie? Any reasons at all.
I got into a huge, yes really big, argument about this today and would like to see my fellow fans' opinions.

I said AoTC. my Friend said RoTS.

Reasons:
Clone Army: 793,200,000+ clones
Sith: 2 [maybe a few more apprentices...]

You could have 1 million Sith, but compared to 793 million clones, who would win... thats 793 clones to kill one Sith. Really bad odds.

He said RoTS has better fights: Obi vs Grievious and Anakin vs Obi

AoTC: Obi & Anakin vs Dooku, Yoda vs Dooku... YODA!

I could go on and on, but let's hear your opinion...

Revenge of the Sith.

More important to the Star Wars story. Dark and evil. Revieling secrets (but everyone knew Darth Sidious was Palpatine since Episode I). Depressing. Funnier. Exciting battles. Better lightsaber duels. Better acting. GRIEVOUS!!!!!!

AotC was a boring movie up until the Battle of Geonosis, if you take into account that there were some major battles going on around the time of Revenge of the sith it also makes it more interesting. AotC just had the Battle of Geonosis happening and everything before that was boring and involved Padme and Anakin's love.

Plus don't underestimate the power of the dark side, palpatine managed to summon a force storm powerful enough to suck in a bunch of naval ships which throws the amount of numbers a sith can kill into the thousands.

I think clones might be one of my least favorite in the series. The love story takes over too much and there's not enough action

I prefer ROTS as it depicts Vaders final fall to the darkness and his becoming of a sith.

I'm sorry, but Yoda vs. Sidious duel is one of the most amazing ever.

I) Dark Lord of the Sith vs. Grand Master of the Jedi Order
II) Ultimate Powers of Light and Dark
III) The two destroying the Senate Rotunda, a symbol of democracy, as they fight. This is awesome because everything the Republic stood for was being smashed and destroyed, ending the promise of freedom.
IV) One last chance for evil and tyranny to be crushed.

So, just that duel alone makes RotS reign over all others.

You see, I wasn't a huge fan of either. I didn't like Hayden, I thought he was a poor actor. However, AOTC was rather dull, I loved the chase of that shapeshifting thing, but other than that it was pretty much Anakin and Padme.

ROTS was more epic, it rarely gave you a break. Not to mention Grievous, who was one helluva character. ROTS > AOTC.
