I am a DarkLord, and last i knew DarkLords had the privelage to rank and or knight lesser Sith. indeed i have been absent for about 7 months so unless that whole system ha changed I acted within my powers.

I believe Darth Aequitas is right, Lord Angmar. While Dark Lords may Knight, I believe they may now only suggest/support promotions to the Council of Sith Population Control and Ranks.
