High Mage Serratus
|
Darth Serratus, High Mage of the Sith Order of Mages, stood in the middle of the clearing. The Shadowlands held many dangers. If Laurio managed to get here, Serratus would be impressed. He had on him his rancor-tooth lightsaber and his claymore-sized Sith Sword. The lightsaber was held casually in his right hand while the claymore was strapped to his back. He waited patiently for the Supreme Commander's apprentice.

Laurio Blake arrived shortly landing on the clearing. He chose to fly because it was too dangerous to walk. As he landed he checked he had his two curved handle sabers. Wearing the leather and cloth armour he favoured he stepped onto the clearing. "High Mage Serratus it is an honour to duel you" he said bowing to show his repect. He moved to the centre of the clearing and waited for the reply.

Serratus smiled.
"You honour me young apprentice. Know this; I will not hold back because you are an apprentice. This duel is a defining moment in your training. Let us begin."
Serratus drew his mighty rancor-tooth lightsaber and with a snap-hiss the silvery lilac blade flew forth.
"You will make the first move Laurio."

"As you wish High Mage"Laurio said. Turning on his two lightsabers with a familiar Snap Hiss and looking at the area. He ran in and started by attacking with a flurry of feints and riptoses.

High Mage Serratus

Serratus parried easily the wild strikes of the young Sith. His style was raw and powerful but untamed and inaccurate. After parrying a particularly strong blow to the knee, Serratus flipped while twisting his arm, twisting Laurio's arm in the wrong direction.

Laurio cried out in pain as his arm went arwy but jumping back in time he was able to stop his arm from breaking. He then fell into a drop kick but faked the kick and slid under serratus. he used his legs to grab serratus and his hands to put all his body weight to roll forward hopefully sending serratus tumbling forward
