Discussion of: Darkness RisingI suppose I have some explaining to do. While I was out for a run, inspiration for a story hit me through what will be the first official line of this work. I am planning on finishing LoES, however, I wanted to crank out this first chapter.

And I have no outline. At the moment, it's purely organic, but I'm still writing the first chapter. It'll evolve from there I'm sure.

Haha. Secretly I was pretty well-hydrated. I had had two smoothies, three bottles of water and some Sprite at work. x_x

Yes, that and I carry a graduated cylinder to measure my fluid intake for this specific reason.

That is such a different kind of writing. I cranked that chapter out between the minute after I posted the introduction and the minute I posted it. Writing LoES requires so much more attention to detail, a lot of editing and continunity work. I have to have four or five hours to write a chapter of LoES.

I am very curious to see where this goes.

And I did outline it this morning, so I know exactly where it's going.

Of course, the could be other Reldars, or the system is named in his honour by another explorer. It's just likely that there will be some connection, even if it is nothing more than a nod to tLoES.
