Discussion of: Destiny EclipseAs I have released it on Rebels, so to will I release it here, and I shall try to keep the updates concurrent, so you Sith don't have to go to the Jedi site to read this. All discussion should take place here.

Nice set-up so far. Given the amount of time that's passed since you announced it on Rebels and released the first installment I'm sure we can expect great things.

How does Minious fit into all of this?
|
Darth Acrimonus

Only one person knows. I'd say - much like tLoES - the rest will become clear to everyone else in time.

Thank you for the support. Darth Minious, I added in to the first chapter just to show that Xander Vos, a young boy, has the same aspirations as a Sith Lord, but Darth Minious does have more of a role as the story progresses, and if you read my bio on Rebels for my profile, you will see he has a very large hand in Xander's life.

Now another mistake.....Nar Shaddaa is a moon as we discussed before
|
Xander Vos
|
Not a mistake. A young child who was there perhaps only long enough to know its name is nto going to immediately realise its a moon, and even if he did, a moon is just a smaller planet, and is only classified as a moon by our Terran scientists. I know thats stretching it, but it is such a minor detail you needn't get worked up about it. Thats nearly the only thing in the entire story so fsr that I guessed with.

I think Shadow, and LoES, has a rival.
Great new chapter, Xander.

Aw, its not that great.

I'm rather insulted by the concept that I would invest so much of my time and energy to create a world just for some sort of competition or pissing match with literature.

Your fiction is without a doubt the most popular on the forum, and I think Tarna simply meant to say that Xander had written his just as well.

Hence my 'with literature' comment. I prefer not to think of anybody's work as any kind of competition be it friendly or not.

Xander Vos

What? So you'd rather have your fiction the unquestioned favourite over all? That's not fair. Everyone will make comparisons bewtween RPs, between different FFs, and for you to take a comparison like that as an insult is a bit out there...

New chapter, Ackin makes an appearence as Minious' Apprentice momentarily.

There is a lesson here for everyone to learn - never be employed at a space port...
I'm guessing that was the first 'chance' encounter between Minious and Xander, and that more are to come. I eagerly look forward to your next update.

Ha, yes, I do feel a slight bit of guilt towards the impending death of those brave men and women doing their duty.
Yes, but don't worry, there isn't many to come in the NEAR future, because I wanted to make it believable. Having my two characters constantly run into each other before Minious kills Xander (Its in my Bio, so its not a spoiler) is a bit of a stretch.

Brigadier General Matas

both of you will be old when he kills you. He's like what, 345232406959869 years old and Xander is 70 or something?

I don't think that's entirely true. As most are well aware I too come from that 'Great Southern Land', yet cannot claim to have any more insight into Xander's mind than any other member of this forum.

Please don't talk about matters you don't know. I left here, I did not betray it. I return because I have the maturity to go beyond feuds that were settled in the past. A lot of Sith go on Rebels, so I fail to see the problem with Jedi going on TDSL. Now, unless you have something about my story to comment on, I'll ask you to refrain from posting in this thread.

So Xander is special, if you catch my drift
|
Xander Vos

I just get very annoyed when people who don't know much - in his case he wasn't even a member then - comment on things as if they are a master, and disrespect others, about events they know nothing about.
Look at the sequence of events. I left here, honourably, then "became" a Jedi. I understand the turmoil surrounding me being a Jedi, but it is much to complicated for me to explain to anyone.

Well, DE is finished and fully posted on Rebels, but forgive me if I don't have the effort to fully copy it across. Any of you who have been reading it probably visit Rebels occasionally anyway.
