My master was the Supreme Commander of the Sith Armed Forces, he taught me mostly on military strategies and physical combat, when observed by my superiors in the Church. I was granted the SDs.
Praxeum prides himself with his diplomatic skills, those languages help.

Correct, the only Junior Lord that don't need a partner are the ones in our Armed Forces.
