You're debating policy, procedure, how to go about doing things, if you want more information, where to get it, etc.

So, do we all post what we do? Or does only one person post for us all the decisions? Do we only discuss what to do for the 10 days or what?

Based on your discussions, I fill in the details of how it happened. If you choose to send in the Military, I need specific numbers, etc. But you'll likely have to request terrain information and other things beforehand.
Basically, each day there should be a decision to take an action, or wait for something to happen next. You must respond to each situation by the end of the Simulation, but there are likely to be no more than the two presented at the beginning of the Simulation.
You all have a say in the decisions, can vote, or trust Seti to make decisions based on your discussions and proposals.
