High Prophet Crozeus
Draco KorrOnce again, Prophet Crozeus found himself waiting for an apprentice in the noisy chambers of the training grounds. Rather than meditating, he leant against a pillar, tapping furiously on his datapad, while simultaneously listening to several information feeds through his headset. However, a ripple in the Force was drowning out the tinny voices of his aides, and Crozeus snapped his datapad shut. His new apprentice was coming. [/i]

Draco Korr
Draco stopped at the doors to the trainning grounds. The doors slid apart with the audible *HISS* of air escaping the door's mechanical inards. When the doors had finally opened, noise rushed at Draco like a tidal wave. Draco scanned the area and quickly located his new master.
Draco removed his cloak and draped it over his left shoulder, revealing several scars and tattoos streching up both bare arms and a black hilt with gold trimmimg hanging at his side. He began walking slowly, trying to get a feel for the new place before actually training in it, his lightsaber bouncing and deflecting light off its golden trim the whole way. Draco found, through his earlier teachings, that if you were more comfortable in a particular place, you would indeed be calmer, thus allowing for better results when training or when in a real time fight. As Draco walked, he couldn't help but notice a few stares or side glances aimed in his direction. He approached his master and bowed, "Draco Korr reporting as ordered Master." Draco's itchy thumb played over the activation stud of his saber the whole time...He was ready for anything...
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus smiled and removed his earpiece. He looked hard into his apprentice's eyes, there was something... different about this one. He could feel the Force radiating off of him like an inferno, and Crozeus basked in it. However, he didn't want to waste any time.
"Draco, your training is going to be strictly different to that of others. This is partially due to your obvious ability, most apprentices," he gave a wide sweep of his arm to the others, "fail and die within a week. But it is mainly due to my own... agenda. My planet has had a small rebellion. The Supreme Commander was kind enough to lend me a legion. So, we are going to pacify them."
Crozeus nodded, before turning on his heel and marching briskly from the area.
Draco Korr
Draco said nothing, but he knew that his master sensed that he understood. He rose, replaced his cloak on his broad body and followed his master as he turned to leave, his black cloak flapping slightly behind him like a flag in a slight breeze...He said nothing while walking...he only kept he senses outstretched...Draco placed both hands in the small of his back. The force would show him all he needed to see...of this he had no doubts.
High Prophet Crozeus
((We will continue here in the meantime))
Crozeus looked up at his apprentice. He began to walk around the area, ushering droids and slaves away with his hands, or the Force for the more stubborn ones.
"So," he began, "have you been thinking about Orders?"
Draco Korr
"So," he began, "have you been thinking about Orders?"
Draco looked to his master...there was such a feeling in Draco's eyes. He carried with him a temperment as touchy as a proximity bomb... yet, his soul was as calm as the calm before a raging storm. His aura was as black as the void of space, but his heart controlled the blackness long enough to make logical decisions.
"Begging your forgiveness master but I have not. It does no good to THINK about anything. You only need understanding of the situation. After all, things don't always go as predicted...the future is always in motion. You only need the calmness and patients to deal with the unexpected things. Am I correct?"
High Prophet Crozeus
"You are correct, but that is for the unexpected things in life. If you do not want to think, then..."
Crozeus trailed off, looking down towards the ground, before intsantly snapping up, a lighsaber shooting out from his wrist holster. Instantly he thrusted forwards, a simple move. The whole manouver had taken less than a second, and would be nothing more than a blur to the untrained eye.
Draco Korr
At the same instant, Crozeus heard Draco's Lightsaber snap to life, hum, sizzle and then it died again as quickly as it had been ignited. Crozeus turned and saw another enemy in a steaming pile on the ground, split diagonally in two. "Who or what are these things?" Draco muttered, louder than he had meant to.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus sheathed his lightsaber, and several cleaning droids whirred in to clean up the mess.
"Who knows? Some training thing I guess. If more show up... still, the matter at hand is your order of choice. If you can't choose one maybe I can ask some questions. So, do you think of yourself as a warrior, or a diplomat?"
Draco Korr
Draco listened intently. He loathed politics, never really cared for politicians. The whole lot of them were greedy, squabbling parasites as far as he was concerned. Draco answered with haste. His raspy voice oozed out from underneath his hood like a hungry serpant. "A warrior." His words were cold to the ears.
High Prophet Crozeus
The hints of a smile twitched at the corner of Crozeus' mouth. "And, as a warrior, do you prefer the Force or the lightsaber?" It seemed that Crozeus already knew the answer.
Draco Korr
Draco's featres twisted into a wicked grin. He had never had to choose between the two before. It was a good question, he didn't know how to answer because he prefered both. His only possesion was his unique sabers, but the Force was his greatest ally... And he not only had come to rely on both, he was so perfectly intune to the both of them, he had learned to use them as a single tool.
But, if he had to choose one, it would have to be...
"Lightsabers...My master."
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus nodded slowly. "And with the lightsaber, do you prefer fighting at the front, leading men into battle? Or defending frontier worlds with all your might? Or perhaps a shadier path, sneaking around behind enemy lines, eliminating enemy leaders? Or researching and studying the enemy movements, predicting where they will go, and destroying them with the devestating power of the Force, blade in hand?"
Draco Korr
Draco thought about this for what seemed an eternity, in his mind at least. Then he removed his fist from his chin and looked up. "I prefer leading men on the front line. But I am also a good assasin. But if I must choose one then it has to be the frontlines. Gets too boring when chaos isnt buzzing around you like blaster bolts in the Clone Wars."
High Prophet Crozeus
"Then it is either the Military or the Inquisitors that is your Order. Go to the archives, study them. Compose a small piece on both institutions, two paragraphs for each. Their leaders, awards, ranks, buildings. Go now."
Crozeus waited a few moments, thinking over to see if he had forgotten anything.
Draco Korr
"I think military is more my style Master"
((Sorry for the short posts that I post at times...I try to respond at work and sometimes have to go...))
High Prophet Crozeus
((Don't worry))
"Then do it just for the military. Three paragraphs."

Supreme Commander Alor

[[Sorry to butt in, Darth Crozeus. But I am the Supreme Commander, not Ducki. It appears that you just copied-pasted a few sections of the Military Handbook, which is not allowed on TDSL.]]
High Prophet Crozeus
((I was just about to mention that. Would you like to talk IC? Oh, and don't use DSL while IC.))
Supreme Commander Alor
[[Would I like to talk IC? I'll participate if you'd like.]]
Draco Korr
Well, this is true somewhat. I use an iPhone most of the time and it's really slow. I did read everything and typed large portions of it. But please forgive me, if my phone boots me, then I have to retype everything. (It really gets annoying...LOL) But I guess I misunderstood the Supreame Commander part, for that, I sincerely appolgize. But it seems that I've been causing many problems since my arrival, so perhaps Corzeus's faith in me was misplaced and perhaps I don't belong here?
High Prophet Crozeus
((Don't be ridiculous. It was a simple mistake, one anyone could easily make. Other than that there was nothing wrong. Now let's continue.))
Crozeus smiled. "Good. Be sure you are up to date with events in the Empire."
He opened a data pad and set up a small holo-projector. "Supreme Commander, there is a hopeful recruit for the Military who would like to speak with you, if you can spare the time."
Draco Korr
((Yeah, but have you seen all the trouble I caused about my profile?))
High Prophet Crozeus
((That wasn't trouble. Just Will enforcing his will. It's a rule, one that we all have to abide by. Like creating a username which is Darth ...x...))
Supreme Commander Alor
The Supreme Commander happened to be on Kuat when he received the call from the Military HQ that a Darth Crozeus was trying to reach him about his apprentice. Marix headed to the training facility, followed by his bodyguards. He hadn't requested the Platoon, manned by both the 501st and the 41st Legions, but it had been the other way around. Since both legions were assigned to his Fleet, he merely made sure they were with him wherever he was. They had asked to protect him, and to give them the honor, he allowed it. It also helped when walking down the crowded streets to have 32 heavily trained, armed, and armored soldiers walking with or near you, nevermind already being a Sith and the Supreme Commander at that.
The troops went about their business of securing the area while he entered the building, now followed by only a squad of men from the 501st. He walked over to the room being used by Crozeus and his new apprentice.
"So, Draco, you wish to learn about the Sith Imperial Armed Forces? What is your most prominent question right now?" He asked after nodding at the Prophet.
Draco Korr
Draco nodded his head. "Indeed I do. And, I have no questions at this time Milord. I learn better from experience. If, in the future, I do have a question, I shall not hesitate to ask." Draco looked from Marix to Crozeus and back again, pondering upon the possibilities and excitement of what would come next.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus nodded at his apprentice's wisdom. He looked at Marix, remembering that he hadn't seen him since their duel.
"Is there anything you would like to say to the apprentice, Supreme Commander?"
Supreme Commander Alor
Supreme Commander Marix, well admired was not the right word, but he approved of Draco's response. One's own mistakes and experiences were the best teachers and lessons that could be learned.
"Do you have any idea as to what Branch you would like to join?" He asked of Draco Korr.
Draco Korr
Draco bowed in respect. "Forgive me Supreme Commander but, when originally asked, I was only presented with two choices. I have recently learned that I could join the church and follow my master. If it is not to much trouble Supreme Commander, I would like to join the church."
Draco waited for his response, ready to accept any punishment handed down for wasting the Supreme Commander's time.
Supreme Commander Alor
"I see." Was all Marix said. Once again a Sith was drawn away from a good future, a better Order, and making an honorable name for themselves because of their Master's order choice.
With that, he nodded at Prophet Crozeus and left the room. Now that Draco presented no worth to the Military he had no reason to stay. Draco and Crozeus needed to move on with his training and Marix had matters to attend to at the Military HQ: Kuat.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus frowned, and decided to send his appologies in a message to the Supreme Commander. He was a busy man and it didn't feel good to have wasted his time. Still, Marix would cope, and there were more pressing issues at hand. He turned to his apprentice.
"I'm glad that you are coming to the Church Draco. Very glad, obviously. What made you change your mind?"
A thought occured and he grinned.
"And don't say Lord Praxeum. I know how persuasive he can be, but there must be a good reason. The Military are the largest and most technically powerful of the Orders."
Draco Korr
Draco did not stand, instead, he dropped lower and to one knee. "Although Lord Praxeum did present me other choices, I decided to follow you my master, mostly because I respect you and your causes. I wish to join the church and follow in your footsteps."
Draco remained down. He did not dare rise until given permission to do so.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus looked around, feeling with the Force. When he was certain that none were in earshot, he ignited his lightsaber. "I joined the Church for a single reason - power. Considering that our current ruler and his predecessor came from the Church, it seemed like a fairly rapid way to success. And it has been." He smiled, and tapped the lightsaber on each shoulder of his apprentice.
"Rise, Initiate Korr." He looked at him and he gestured. "I want you to go to the Dojo. Send out a challenge, and see if any wish to do battle with you. The High Commander is looking for a duel, though he may be a little out of your league."
Draco turned to go, and Crozeus called out to him. "In the Church, you can become more powerful than any soldier, even Vexen." He then sat down and started meditation.
High Prophet Crozeus
((We can continue here while you duel.))
Crozeus and his apprentice sat in the training grounds. Draco was in a light trance and Crozeus watched him, sensing his thoughts. After a while he spoke.
"What do you want to do next?"
Draco Korr
Draco answered lightly while in trance. "You are my master. I will follow what you ask me to do. But if you ask me my opinion, I would ask what step I need to take next in order to follow the Church Milord."
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus smiled. "The next step, as you so put it, is to get knighted," he said, walking around his apprentice. "What do you feel should come next?"
Draco Korr
Draco didn't have to think of his next words. They just oozed out from his lips. "Proving my worth, experience and loyalty...My master.'
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus nodded his approval. "You are doing that, my apprentice. Tell me, do you think you will be remembered? Have a legacy for others to follow, like we follow Revan, Bane, Palpatine?"
Draco Korr
"The future is uncertain Milord. I cannot accurately see that. But...I wish it so Master."
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus laughed as he heard the words. "You will be able to see the future Draco. That is what the Church do."
He walked to the back of the room where some storage containers were stacked against the wall. He rummaged around for a few seconds and brought some bizzare looking equipment back with him. He then drew from his robes a small book. He opened it to a pre-marked page and place it in front of Draco. It read "The Creation of a Force Holocron".
"Draco, I want you to create a holocron of your own. In it, you will store your thoughts, memories, ideas. It will become a diary, but it can also reflect everything that has and will happen in your life. The first step to creating a legacy."
He pulled a dark prism from his robes and placed it with utmost care on the ground in front of Draco. "Here is mine. Yours may be slightly different as I used a different method, but the end product is the same. All I will say now, is good luck. I will leave you, so you may concentrate. I will know when you have finished."
With that, he turned and left the training ground, leaving his apprentice bewildered looking at the pieces in front of him.
Draco Korr
Though at a loss for what to do, Draco still found himself saying, "It will be done my Master."
With that, he began reading into making holocrons. It seemed quite a deal more complicated than he had expected. But nevertheless, Draco would succeed...he always found a way to do so.
Draco Korr
Draco read the entire book many times. Everytime he read its contents, he discovered and learned something new. The book listed many parts and many planets and most parts could not be found here. Draco finally gave into the fact that he was going to have to travel. Without hesitation, he packed his few belongings, Crozeus's holocron, and took a transport offplanet.
Draco tumbled from planet to planet throughout the galaxy, searching for the proper contents. Most were easy, but the black crystal to attach to the holocron's apex would eventually prove to be the most difficult. Once he had located an ideal specimen, he still had to put in months of traveling to key locations and then days of meditation at those locations in order to prepare it properly. Two years later, he had posession of all the proper contents, he needed only a place to construct it...Someplace strong with the Darkside of the force.
Draco decided that he would go back to Korriban and the old Sith tombs there. This was one of the first places he had visited in his travels yet one of the ones that contained a most concentrated source of evil. Once there, he began the three mile hike through Korriban's sandy, gritty, and barren surface. While on the way there, he began feeding off its force enrgies and recieved multiple visions. A massive wind began to blow, kicking up Korriban's face and swirling into a thick veil of grit, hindering any vision he once had. If it was not for the fact that the area he was searching for was a hotspot in the force, Draco could have missed it completely.
After about a two hour walk, he had reached the tomb ruins. He found an area in the center of the valley like set up of the tombs and sat underneath and in between some ancient, fallen stone pillars. He began withdrawing the items from his bag and placing them in front of him. He looked over all the contents in front of him and ran a quick mental check of everything. Everything WAS accounted for, so without any further hesitation, he began to meditate.
Almost immediately, Draco was nestled in the safety of the force, riding its currents and tapping upon its power and all it had to show him. It had normally taken him longer to slip into THIS particular state, but it was obvious that the pull of the darkside in this place was hungry, and had long awaited someone to draw upon its darkness once again. Intensified greatly by the blackness around him, Draco began to see things through the force. Past, present, future, all his allies, and he could almost FEEL even the little vermin skittering around him.
In front of Draco, the first pieces of the holocron began to slowly lift and spin on an invisable axis. Deep in his trance, Draco began sifting through all that was good, true, and pure and began grasping and feeding off of all that he found that were of evil, hatred, fear, and aggression. Not long after that, he had located the darkest corners of the force, and was dwelling deep within in it. He invited it in, allowed it to overcome him, and began riding its chaotic, dark currents.
Power began to seep into his core and collect there. It was effortless, it just kept flowing into him a collecting until he felt he was burning from the inside out. The amount of pure concentrated energy swarming throughout him were no doubt at dangerous levels. Just when it got to the point where he could not cope with it anymore, a sudden drastic relief overtook him as all the power seemed to be sucked right out of him and into the holocron itself. He was weak, hollow, and felt like his soul had been vacuumed out of him as well. He felt sick, dizzy, completely worn out, and his body seemed to adopt all strayaches and pain.
He laid there in a mild state of meditation. When he began to feel better, and more like himself, he opened his eyes. Still floating and slowly spinning in front of him was a tiny dark pyramid. He reached out and took the holocron. Around its base, it contained strange cryptic inscriptions, it was sturdy as durasteel and felt just as cold as steel to his touch. When he had released it from the force, the sides fell open in his hands.
The inside of the panels were like black mirrors inscribed with tribal like designs; and at the top, an empty pocket like indention. He removed the black crystal from his bag and slid it into place inside the idention. As he did, bright red light seemed to erupt from the strange object. It lept up and out of Draco's hand and began rapidly spinning, this time, however, on its own accord. It began to spin so quickly that Draco could hear the rapid whiffing as it cut through the air around it. Suddenly, all sides of the holocron slammed shut, and the red light disappeared. Draco reached out and the holocron fell into the palm of his black gloved hand.
Two and a half years later, Draco was back home and returning Crozeus's
holocron. Crozeus looked at Draco with a hint of anticipation. Draco grinned and outstreached and closed fist. He opened his fingers and presented his holocron to his master. Crozeus took it and raised it to his eyes to inspect it...
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus eyed it, carefully inspecting it. A part of him wanted to break it, but that would be too harsh. It was a fine creation.
"You have exceeded my every expectation. I am truly proud of you. Now, do you wish to make an entry?"
Draco Korr
Draco thought for a second, pondering if he should make his entry. Then he spoke. "Well, I should like to enter my history into it. But if I cannot then I have nothing at the moment master."
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus frowned at the words of his apprentice. It was good he was to join the Church, the power he has would be best put to use there. "With the Force, anything is possible. Now, focus your energy on it. Feel, in your mind, what you wish to put, and transfer it all. Let the apex take it in."
Draco Korr
Draco closed his eyes. He began to, at first, only touch upon the key memories of his past. The smaller memories and then the details shortly followed. Eventually, his whole past began to replay in his thoughts, they were so vivid that it seemed he was living them all over again. It was emotionally painful due to the death of his brother and guild mates. He struggled to keep the memories ongoing when all he wanted was to come back to reality and forget them.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus slowly nodded as he felt the power being transferred.
"Remember on Cerea, when the fury came down upon you? Remember the power you held then? Tap into that. Use it. Become stronger."
His apprentice was powerful indeed. He could go far, become everything he could want.
Draco Korr
He heard his master's words clearly, even though he felt like he was lightyears away. His memories then began to fade into those of the battle of Cerea. He remembered seeing all his fallen commrades and recalled some of the digusting things that they had done to his friends bodies, even after death.
That rage began to seep into him, festering and swelling like a living thing inside of him. His muscles began to tense and his facial features began to twitch violently out of pure hatred.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus tapped into the Force himself. The power in the room now was immense, and Crozeus could barely contain it. He swallowed, trying to trap the power inside him, but he was like a bottle filled to the top. He began to overflow, and he unleashed the Dark Side energy pent up, ripping the room apart with Sith Lightning, far more powerful than he had produced before, now it was accentuated by his apprentice. At the center of the maelstrom Draco sat, oblivious to what was going on around him, pouring the Force into the Holocron.
Draco Korr
Draco held his trance, though how difficult it was proving to be. Soon, all his memories began randomising themselves and smearing into something that resembled a rapid slide show. He squinted his eyes in an effort to hold his thoughts, at least until his master had told him to stop. He fought on mentally, fighting the static charge he felt tingling at his every pore.
Suddenly, waves of energy began to boil off of him like multiple bursts of a force push. The power he felt was overwhelming, he had never felt power of this magnitude. He hated it, loathed and resented it...but he also loved it...and relished in its presence.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus stopped his wave of destruction with a cry. It was painful to separate himself from the raw power, but the pain made him stronger. He helped Draco to his feet. Draco looked around in awe at the charred walls of the room and Crozeus smiled.
"Do you think you can do something like that?"
Draco Korr
Draco couldn't move. When he tried, extreme pain shot throughout his body and reverberated off his every nerve and bone. He then tried to speak, but only managed to say,
"Perhaps...With time and training"
High Prophet Crozeus
"Nonsense." Crozeus could feel his pain, yet he held no remorse. It was a necessary part of his training. "Embrace your pain, use it to make yourself stronger."
Draco stood on shaky legs. Crozeus pointed at a small metal rod on the ground, which rose into the air and hung there. "Channel your power into your palm, and send it at that rod."
Draco Korr
Draco, hunched over with his hands on his still shaky knees, began to accept and welcome his pain. He bagan to ball it all up into a single object and kept compressing it there. When the time felt right, he held out his palm a sent the blast hurling toward the rod.
The rod accepted the blow and took flight, hurling through the air. It hit the far wall with a clank and fell to the floor.
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus nodded. "Good. But not what I was after. Try, this time, to create lightning by utilizing your bodies' natural electro-magnetism."
The rod was again picked up and held steady.
Draco Korr
Draco was surprised at his master's response. If it was lightning he wanted, it wouldn't be a problem as Draco was good at this. He reached down inside one last time and gathered any reamains of energy. He tensed his mucsles and began to shiver. His reached out with fingers spread and let loose a volley of blue white light.
It crackled and popped as it burned through the air, finally hitting the rod. Crozeus let go of the rod and Draco held it aloft there with his violent attack. When his master nodded, he swiped his hand to the side and the rod flew at the wall once again.
High Prophet Crozeus
"Good, very good indeed. Now, I am going to ask you some questions to further you into the Church. Firstly, which element of the Church attracts you most?" Crozeus folded his arms. It would be the answers to these questions that would affect Draco's career in the Church.
Draco Korr
Draco looks at his master and promptly answers.
"Forgive me master, but before I answer, can I ask you more about what the alchemy portion is all about?"
High Prophet Crozeus
Crozeus nodded. "Certainly. Sith Alchemy is the art of studying the material produced with the Dark Side. It constitutes experimenting in the Force and with different things, like potions, weapons, even other people. Advanced levels of alchemy can lead to the creation of creatures and other Dark beings."
Draco Korr
Draco listened intently to his master's response and explanations. Draco was impressed with the overall work that the church was doing and this is why he chose to join them. But he recieved visions frequently and figured that because of this, maybe his destiny was to be a Prophet.
After his master had finished explaining Sith alchemy, he fumbled through the choices once again, then, came to his choice.
"I can't help but to FEEL that, perhaps being a Prophet is my destiny...My Master."
High Prophet Crozeus
"In the Church, one must be expected to serve both the duties of a Prophet, and an Alchemist," Crozeus replied. "I myself hold a different role. I am the Shadow Warrior, the blade of the Church. Yet, I still perform experiments and see into the future."
Draco's response was fairly common in the Church. "You say you feel like you are destined to be a Prophet. Why?"
Draco Korr
"I see Milord. Well, I must confess, I AM a warrior and I DO recieve visions. However, I am not that skilled in alchemy and alchemy experimentation. But I am always willing to learn."
High Prophet Crozeus
"And we will teach you," Crozeus replied. "You cannot come to a place and expect to know everything to do with it. So I want you to study. Go to the archives and study Lord Praxeum. Tell me what you discover about him."
((I know his bio is extensive, but remember not to go beyond 86 ABY.))
