Executive Power DecreeIn my last push as your Emperor, I am disbanding the Imperial Court entirely and vesting power with my person solely. This is to ensure an equal playing field for the transfer of power that shall come in the month of November and giving my successor a choice of how much power he wishes to vest in a court/council.
