What do you mean FIRST (the capitals mean anything?) I do nothing, as I don't believe my school has such a league. You should make clear - as it appears to be - that it is solely an Ameircan thing.

Actually, it is not just the US, there are many teams from around the world-
last year, we had a team from Brazil compete at our regional
there are teams from europe, israel, and many more

We had something like this here in the UK, but it was quite different, it was simply designing the robot, building it, and performing numerous tasks e.g. racing, tug-of-war etc....

Anyway.. this has been around for a long time. More then 15years I do think so.

Funny thing about that: If I reply and say I don't always have the last say (which I don't, by the way) then I'm having the last word and your point is proven correct. If I don't reply, nothing is said in opposition of your point, and is by default correct. Now, I came into this thread and asked for clarification on what this was, I did not start an argument. He replied snidely.

What happen, me have the last word? If you pay close enough attention to every single dispute I have been in to be able to claim that, but not enough so as to know that I have backed down in about... 6-7 of them is kinda sad. lol.

Heh, if he keeps it going I'm going to walk away (NOTE: Embeion, just a note for you if you wanna watch out for that.  ) he can keep going, I really don't care. I never wanted to argue. I guess stress of exams got to me last night or something and I just snapped.

Gillette sponsors our team, so when they announce it, they either say QPS or Gillette, or HYPER (thats our name)

That I do know. We are in the Lego League. My sister's little subteam you might call it never qualified to any major events.
I personally never joined it. While I was still in Middle School, my GPA was never high enough. Didn't help that I missed school for cancer treatments.
I justed had my last day of highschool yesterday, to. Anyways, back to the topic.
