I'll be yanking and reassigning titles left and right here in the next few days/weeks.
I'll be phasing out useless bodies and maybe even retooling it... and the best part is, I'll be doing it all in public. Every move I make is going to be publicly documented.
How it works:
I will post a review of an individual in their job or a body on its task, and from that, people will have three calander days to respond to the report. They make argue for or against the judgment.
After three days, I'll make a ruiling, lock the topic, and that decision shall be implemented.
The mayhem starts tomorrow.

Actually, I spared the mayhem because I had hoped certain measures in the Moffs Council would spur growth. I was wrong. The mayhem begins again.
To start, I'm actually disbanding the Moffs Council. And the High Council.
A petition of 15 former Moffs shall be met with consideration to re-establish the body under tighter regulation.
The Hall of Dark Patronge is under Administrative Review.
I'm shaking up the Diplomatic Corps/Imperial Mission.
Starting tomorrow I'm sitting down AGAIN with the ranks and deciding which to keep, which to phase out and who to give what.
This Empire will regain order come hell or high water. I hope this is plain.

Lord Praxeum has stepped down as Chairman of the Sith Council for Population Control and Ranks. I hereby order the merger of PC&R into Darth Tarna's group dedicated to the preservation of our historical record.
The new body shall be known as the Sith Council for Ranks and Historical Preservation.
This shall allow maximum streamlining of both individual and larger history as well as the continued monitoring, recording and recommending of ranks.
The position of High Historian is henceforth and honorary member of RH&P and shall serve as an independent voice reporting directly to the Emperor.
Given his Order and his campaign to salvage the Moff's Council, Lord Tarna is not an ideal candidate for Chairmanship. It was Lord Praxeum's recommendation that this be the case, but I am willing to hear privately petitions for the new top job that has been created of the merger.
