Headquarters of the Sith Imperial Armed Forces’ Military Annexation Zone
The Headquarters of the Sith Imperial Armed Forces’ Military Annexation Zone can be found on the planet of Yaga Minor. Due to the complications with Bastion already being Moffed and already the location of the Royal Guard Training Center, the Supreme Commander chose to place the MAZHQ elsewhere within the MAZ. Yaga Minor already held a defense system that was even better than Bastion’s due to its shipyards, and was the center of knowledge for the region, making it a suitable planet.
The MAZHQ covers a large expanse of the Yaga Minor forest section, being chosen for its seclusion from normal inhabited areas. The HQ contains the very nerve center of the Military, capable of controlling the entirety of the Armed Forces by itself, without the need for the other planetary headquarters throughout the Galaxy. Bunkers extend far beneath the one story complex, designed so as to allow maximum altitude and time for its defenses to defeat attacking fighters, units, missiles, torpedoes, and more.
The complex also contains a large hangar nearly double that of an Imperial-Class Star Destroyer, capable of holding and servicing 2 fighter wings, made up of 6 Squadrons, for a total of 144 fighters, bombers, and specialized craft. Not to mention its supply of shuttles and larger craft.
The large surface area is peppered with turbolasers, missile tubes, ion cannons, and tractor beams, making it nearly impenetrable from above. Its weapons consist around the same number as those placed on an Executor-Class Super Star Destroyer.
The Headquarters is manned at all times of a full Legion of Elite Troopers, normally the 41st Elite Legion, 501st Elite Legion, or the 187th Elite Legion, which are rotated through to keep the defenses fresh, and the troopers ready for all situations.
The vast libraries of Yaga Minor and the archives of Ubiqtorate Base were copied and transferred over to the mainframes, data chip libraries, and other storage facilities of the MAZHQ, and the base serves as the head of the Military Intelligence Divisions.
The native species, the Yagai, have been employed in a variety of ways. The intelligent caste of the species serve as Data Sifters, Categorizers, and other means with the MI Divisions. Their elite shipwrights are also present within the R&D Labs of the MAZHQ. While the lesser drone caste serve as labor.

The Sith Imperial Armed Forces: Capital Headquarters can be found in the Imperial Sector of Kuat. Home to the many bureaucratic staff members of the Armed Forces. It is protected by Military grade turbolasers and ion cannons within its towers as well as scattered around the grounds around it.
The plaza between the two main towers consists of a hangar and barracks for further protection. Lord Marix’s office is located at the very top of the smaller tower, with a special landing pad for his shuttle on the roof above him.
Whereas the top of the taller tower serves as a huge communications department for the HQ, ciphering messages for Fleets, Armies, and Commanders around the galaxy, should they be ordered while the Supreme Commander is present on Kuat.

Sith Imperial Armed Forces: Naval Headquarters
The Sith Imperial Armed Forces: Naval Headquarters can be found on Bastion, where it guides all political, bureaucratic, and logistical operations of the Navy. It is protected by Military grade turbolasers and ion cannons within its towers as well as scattered around the grounds around it.
Each of the three towers houses different departments within the Navy. At the top of the center tower resides the Grand Admiral’s office. Below the Grand Admiral's office is the Operations & Logistics Department. The east tower houses the Research & Development Department of the Navy and the west tower houses the Political Department.
The large frontal area of the complex is over a hangar bay as well as a repair shop for the fighter craft. While the lobby area itself contains a small museum of historical naval craft, battles, pilots, admirals, and stations.

The Sith Imperial Armed Forces: Army Headquarters can be found on Corellia, where it guides all political, bureaucratic, and logistical operations of the Army. It is protected by Military grade turbolasers and ion cannons within its towers as well as scattered around the grounds around it.
The High General's office is at the top of the main tower. While the departments of the Army are separated into the three main wings of the building. With Operations & Logistics underneath the High General's office. Research & Development in the middle wing. And the Political Department in the furthest tower.

Sith Imperial Armed Forces: Research and Development Office
The Capital-based R&D Offices are placed across the street from the Armed Forces Kuat Headquarters. It serves as both a public display for weapons, vehicles, armor, spacecraft, and equipment, but also as the Archives of Declassified Information that the public can now safely be made aware of.
It is designed in a neo-modern style, meant to inspire awe for the future in its patrons by means of its design and the ideas it holds inside. By seeing the greatness of the past, one can only begin to imagine the future.
It is protected and guarded by the same forces that guard the Kuat HQ and has Military-grade encrypted FiberOptic lines to the Kuat HQ that can quickly dump its databases into the vast servers of the Kuat HQ and thus prove the R&D Offices empty of anything potentially valuable to enemies as well as insuring the survival of the information. It also sends a daily copy of the information to several Star Destroyers in secret locations around the galaxy that serve as data storage facilities and R&D Centers for the Armed Forces in case of an attack.
