I have been informed that my apprentice was away for school-related issues, and not for WoW, and that he wishes to be knighted.

So, Lord Aequitas, if your offer still stands, I would be honored if you conducted my apprentice's trials.

Aequitas stood in the large circular room. It was dark with the only source of light being a small, oval window on the back wall. Aequitas turned to Marix. "Supreme Commander, summon your apprentice."

Supreme Commander Alor

The Supreme Commander took out his commlink and pressed a button twice, having already selected his intended recipient. Laurio Blake's commlink buzzed, summoning him to the chambers.

Lord Marix was never one to use the Force unnecessarily, as it made you dependent upon it. And being dependent upon something that could be removed was never a good option in the Military World.

Darth Ryuzaki

Laurio rushed into the room. "Sorry im late master. There was a droid malfunctioning and i couldn't help myself but to fix it."
Laurio walked beside Marix and stood looking at Aequitas.

Supreme Commander Alor

"This is probably the one time you should not have stopped." Lord Marix said to his apprentice. Nodding at Lord Aequitas, he waited for the Grand Mage to continue with the Trial and hopefully the Knighting.

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas grimaced. "Supreme Commander, Apprentice, let's begin." Aequitas paced around the room until he came to a cast-iron structure, a crude design of a throne. Sighing, he sat down upon it. "Tell me Laurio, what does it mean, to you, to be a Sith?"

Darth Ryuzaki

"To me Being a sith is many things. Vengence, Honor, Courage, Hatred. i Joined the sith ranks so that i could satisfy the needs of the mighty Emperor. Being a sith is a Lyfestyle to me . I have known nothing but hatred and disrespect all my life.
The way of the sith has taught me how to control my powers and supress my feelings to further enhance my use of the force, I have also learned respect and how to honour those around me of higher and equal rank. this is what being a sith means to me master Aequitas" Laurio stopped and licked his lips.
Looking around him he saw nothing of real importance in the room. A throne and a window. Not a very nice place to remember a knighting he thought to himself.

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas smirked, "You say you've learned to acknowledge rank and honour yet you besmearch my honour by calling me Master? Surely that shows a failure and a lie?"

He leaned against the throne.

Darth Ryuzaki

"I prefer to call those of higher ranks Master or Sir. However if you find it offensive i wont say it again. what i meant way i would know my place and i wouldn't order those of lower rank around brutally." laurio paused. "Unless brutallity is neccesary."

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas nodded and repeated the apprentice...."Unless brutallity is neccesary." He sighed. "Speaking being brutal when necessary, which Order do you think is best suited to this trait?"

Darth Ryuzaki

"I believe the Military is the right order for that. One cannot show mercy in the face of an enemy that would likely do the same to you." Laurio paused. "And i also wish to select the Military as my order of choice"

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas' eyes flickered towards the Supreme Commander. "The Military, eh? That comes as such a suprise", he added with the sarcasm very obvious. "And is that the only reason you are choosing the Military? Because you can be brutal?"

Darth Ryuzaki

" Of course that is not the only reason. I once thought about joining the royal guards but that idea didn't really stick. the Mages the Church and the Inquisitors dont really appeal to me.
I want to be in a group that really tests my fighting skills and my courage." Laurio paused thinking about what to say next .
"I Have set my mind on the Military ever since i became a sith."

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas nodded. "Which is better to fight with. Your brain, or your fists? Your heart or your head? The saber or the Force?"

Darth Ryuzaki

"It is better to establish equality within all areas. That way you dont become dependent on something. that way you can overcome all obstacles in your path. by using your Brain over your fist to make sure a slaughter of the wrong force is prevented,
Or using your head when your hearts conditions are foolhardy and having an equal amount of power in saber and force combat is good because then you can fight on both fronts well and will not have any weaknesses." Laurio said to Aequitas.

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas nodded."Tell me about the current leaders of the Military and what you think of them. Do not lie, for I will know."

Darth Ryuzaki

"Lord Marix is the Supreme Commander of the Military. He has brought the Military very far in his career with them. He takes his work very seriously and likes to cut to the point. He does not like it when people are late and he likes his security. I like Lord Marix because he has always treated me with respect and i respect those who respect me.
High Commander Vexen is second in command. I have not had the honour of meeting said person so there is not much i know about him. I am eager to know more about him though." Laurio said. Truly not knowing anything about High commander Vexen

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas sighed and rose from the throne in the center of the room. "An answer that is slightly sub-standard but at least you told the truth. Now, which lightsaber form were you taught and why?"

Darth Ryuzaki

"I learned Vaapad because i use dual sabers and i like the brutallity of the style.However i am learning Jar'kai and Makashi. Makashi mainly incase i ever lose an arm or i am stuck with one saber." laurio said

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas nodded slightly. "Tell me the most important piece of information that your Master either taught you and/or told you", he said silently, "and why you consider it to be important."

Darth Ryuzaki

"Lord Marix taught me how to supress my emotions and painfull memories into new energy that i can harness with ease. I consider this to be the most important lesson as I feel relieved and under less stress with the memories,
I also feel renewed that I can start again and make a better future than the other orphans. Because serving the Emperor with my life seems to be a far more meaningfull and fulfilling future than any other."
Laurio said thinking what his future would be like. All those boyish and childish dreams coming to life in his imagination.

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas toyed this with this answer in his head for a few moments before decided it was adequate. "And tell me, Laurio, what did you learn from your duel?"

Darth Ryuzaki

"Never underestimate you're opponent and brute strength wont get you anywhere. You need to use your mind to be unpredictable to your opponent, Catch them off guard and use the moment to counterattack." Laurio said. remembering the duel with Crozeus. on Tatooine his home away from home.

Lord Aequitas

Aequitas sighed. "Your training has taught you the basics, thereby fulfilling its duty". He turned to the Supreme Commander, "Darth, he's all yours".

Darth Ryuzaki

Laurio bowed to Lord Aequitas "Thank you."
He looked to Marix.

Supreme Commander Alor

"What Darth name have you decided on, my apprentice?" Lord Marix asked Laurio.

Darth Ryuzaki

" I have decided on Darth Ryuzaki " Said laurio

Supreme Commander Alor

Igniting his silver blade, Lord Marix held it over the right shoulder of his apprentice.

"Then rise, forever more as Darth Ryuzaki, loyal servant to the Emperor and never yielding weapon of the Empire."

With that he passed the blade over Laurio's head and onto the other shoulder, completing the knighting process.

"Darth Aequitas, do you have any further words for the new Darth Ryuzaki?"
