I happen to think that Centerpoint's going to go rogue and all the people we think are dead wind up having a huge surprise party for Luke/Leia.

We know that in the comic series the Sith have reemerged. Perhaps Lumiya (or Asajj if she's still alive) will return to revive it.
This is just a personal preference, but I'd personally like to see Luke become a supporting character. In the Dark Nest books he was still the main Jedi, with Leia coming in second. I think it's time Luke took a role similar to Yoda in The Empire Strikes Back, guiding the younger Jedi but overall remaining out of the conflict/problem itself.

I hope that Luke dies at the end of Legacy, as that is the one thing that could make it a truly wonderful series. Only thing is, people would be flocking to troy's house, bhrtadishing spears. 
He killed ofr Anakin, and now Luke? Wow, that would be good.

No. Lucas said as long as Lucas is alive, none of the main four will die off.

They're good. I personally enjoy pre-Rebellion but I love NJO and the Zahn books.

Hm, growing up on the movies, I thought the "main four" were Luke, Leia, Han and Chewie... but I guess we've now eliminated the possibility of all of those four staying alive through Lucas' lifetime...
I am planning on reading these, even with my distaste of the modern novel form, just because I am so looking forward to the return of Lumiya.
