The user list is updated every five minutes. So it is possible for you and your secondary account to be on at the same time. Or if you use a new tab or a proxy, you can both be on at the same time.

The Military that I created and now run is called "The Sith Imperial Armed Forces". It also happens to be the largest military presence in the galaxy. So his "Sith Armed Forces" and "Imperial Armed Forces" can run and hide.
As for Church vs Military: There was war and fighting before people turned to religion.

1) This is on topic, where does Shadow get the stories for this? Does he have member permission to screw around with their characters?
2) Is there an area where we can post updates about decisions made on our planets (not Imperial-fund-draining projects, but more minor things like raising taxes, deporting immigrants, establishing an official sub-political party, etc.)? That was somewhat off topic, but could lead to news.
