Hmmm... very nice, some of them could be made atad better, such as size variation (like the guns for example).
I like them  they all look nice, very good shading.

I certainly agree - they are quite good, but the best criticism is that which points out the flaws.
The main area for improvement I can see is the perspective, especially with some of the helmets. I also notice your friend uses a number of tricks to avoid drawing hands. If your friend can gets his hands and helmets looking as good as the rest of the drawing, he's ready to get into art school.

yes i wonder how long it took to draw well my frend draws like that in class secretly and then he hides it in his book so it looks like hes doing work when the teacher walks past lol

I do that, except I write stories, and when they walk around, i quiskly flip to the front again and sdtart doing work.
I stopped doing it when people began teasing me about it....

i try draw in class as hard as i can with heaps of concentration but thaey come out crappy lol then my friend just like draws a stormtrooper that looks really cool and im like shamed for even trying lol
