Brigadier General Matas

((This is RP style training))

Matas stood in the chamber with his apprentice Lorn. The Zabrak was preparing a training sesison with Lorn to further advance his skills. Matas glanced around at the metalic walls that surrounded the chamber, the rocks and rubble left from missions and rough training missions.

"Are you ready Lorn?" The Zabrak asked his young apprantice with anticipation.

Matas moved his arm over to a button on the dark metalic wall and an opening slid open. Behind the door were 5 droids carrying lightsabers. They slowly walked out, their gears echoed across the chamber and bounced of the walls. The Zabrak looked at Lorn's expression as the droids ignited their lightsabers. Matas slowly walked towards a wall and carefully leaned onto the wall as his apprentice sprung into action. Matas' red tatooed face remained unemotionless as the droid's sabers hissed out of the hilts and revealed the multi colored blades. Matas obsereved the difference in the droids and from Lorn. Some droids had single blades and others had two blades and a duel blade. This would test Lorn's combat skills.

"Destroy the droids, but a word of causion my young apprentice, they learn and will use your own knoledge against you. Don't get too over confident as well. These droids have a few surprises in them." Matas ordered his apprentice to attack.

Matas called out to Lorn through the force. Do not fail me Matas said. Matas raised his large arm and used force lightning on the droids causing them to activated attack mode. They were programed to attack Lorn one at a time, once Lorn would destroy one, the other would engage him. The electricity surged through the droids metalic bodies and one with a single bladed red lightsaber attacked Lorn.

As Lorn moved in to attack the first droid it easily blocked his first strike by hitting his lightsaber with such intensity that it nearly knocked him down to the cold steel floor. Lorn quikly got up and thought up a strategy in his head and decided to duck low and strike at it's legs as he did that the droid toppled over and stopped working now Lorn thought that he now has to create new strategies as they go on. Only four more left he thought but they are going to be harder and harder as they go on.

As the second droid moved in on Lorn he force jumped over it and tried to stab it in the back but the droid had anticipated that and was able to block it and strike at his legs hoping to immobilize him but only burned his outer skin on his legs which caused him some pain but he just masked his pain with the force even though his nerves were throbing from it. Lorn quikly had to think up another strategy for taking down this droid he decided to try tricking it by throwing his lightsaber at the droid even though he knew it would not make it through the droids defenses he would roll behind it and slice it through the center with his vibrosword. As he threw his lightsaber at the droid it easily blocked it but Lorn had a suprise for the droid he had rolled behind it and pulled out his vibrosword and sliced it threw the center. Three more left to destroy he thought.

Lorn picked up his lightsaber just in time to block the third droids attack. he rolled away and then got up and turned to face the droid as it ran towrds him gears grinding and clank of it's footsteps on the steel floor. To his suprise the droid had burned his leg when he was rolling away and he was now just starting to feel the pain that surged up through his leg. However, he just ingnored the pain but it did slow him down some. The droid was coming towards him and he attacked the droid with such furry and anger that he was able to penetrate it's defenses and slice it down. Only two left and two new strategies to defeat them.

The fourth one suprised Lorn by jumping over his head and trying to stab him in the back but only knicked him on the shoulder blade. Lorn knew that this was going to be a challenge but he knew he could do it if he let the Dark Side surge threw him and let his anger control him. He started out with a flurry of stabs but were all blocked and returned with a strong flurry of strikes with such accuracy that the droid had backed him into a corner. Lorn decided to force push the droid onto it's back so he could become more agile and to attack the droid. Lorn ran up and tried to stab it in the chest but the droid blocked and instead it went into the right shoulder of the droid and the droid stoped attacking and stayed still for a second but that was all the time that Lorn needed to turn it's chest into a smoking heap of burnt electrical circuts. Before the droid had completely registered the attack Lorn had stabbed him threw the chest and the droid was finished.

The fith which Lorn knew would be the hardest out of all of them and the one with a suprise for him to try and counter as they battled. Lorn charged up to the droid only to be pushed at a tremendous force into a cold steel wall. Lorn quikly got up and tried to jump over the droid only to be pushed against the wall at a tremedous force again and this time he was almost knocked out but he quikly shook it off even though his head was throbing. It suddenly came to Lorn on how to defeat this last droid when suddenly it pulled out a hidden lightsaber that was hidden on it's back with another arm. The droid Lorn realized has got tremendous force and a third ligtsaber that was sizziling in the air so he couldn't get up close to it for it would always win so he decided to trick it. Lorn started to repeat the same motion as before and just as he thought the droid raized his hand's up to push him back again and left it's third unguarded so he charged up and and eaisily cut through it's third arm and then struck throug it's metal and electronical core which fell apart burning after he sliced through it with his lightsaber. Just as Lorn stepped back it self destructed itself and all the other droids in an attempt to hurt him in some way.

As Lorn approached his master he bowed down and said that his biddings have been done just as he requested.

Ah, excelent. ((Few spelling errors but it's OK)) I see, you are furthuring your path to the dark side. Now, we are going off Kroprulu for the rest of your training. We are going to the Hoth system to further your training. Now let us go.

Matas and his young apprentice Lorn ran to the main hangar ito get on their ship. The way to Matas' ship, a black bulk freighter called the Maurder. As they ran down the dark corridors to the freighter, Matas kept thinking He is becoming stronger, I have a few surprises there for him. They finally reached the Maurder and the loading ramp came down to greet them. They both entered the dark ship.

As Lorn boarded the ship with his master he sensed some approval from his master. After they took off and into hyperspace Lorn went and got a feel for the ship and were everything was located. He decided to go to his cabin for rest and meditation to prepare for whatever he was headed into for he knew that this was to be the hardest part in his training.

Brigadier General Matas

The Maurder shot out of Hyperspace. Matas and Lorn could see the giant ice planet of Hoth. The white snow could be seen from their position in space. The bulk freighter carefully closed in onto the planet and entered the rim of the atmosphere. The cold temperature could be felt from space. As the Maurder flew over the surface of the planet, a blizzard started to hit the ship with its windy force. The ship finally landed on Hoth's snowy surface. Matas and Lorn both walked out of the freighter and imidiatly felt the cold, white snow hit their faces. Matas' red, tatooed face was now covered with white snow flakes blown to him by the blizzard. Matas looked at his apprentice and spoke to him.

"This is your mission" Matas told him

Lorn looked expecting more, but Matas was not showing signs of there being more words. Matas stood firm as the winds blowed onto both Sith. Matas was accustomed to this high winds, for Iridonia had winds much more stronger than this. A roar sounded out throughout the snowy surface. Matas saw it, Lorn turned and in front of him were five angry Wampas. They all attacked Lorn. Matasnoticed Lorn to be struggling with the snow in his face and the temerature of the winds blowing. Matas turned to Lorn and firmly watched the attacking Wampas get closer to Lorn.

As the wampas got closer and closer to Lorn he saw that they were full of anger and just wanted to eat him but he would not allow it. Lorn had read about wampas and knew that they were very fierce beasts and were somthing to be worried about but Lorn knew that he could beat them but it was going to be tough. As he engaged the wampas he easily killed the first one but was picked up and almost killed by another wampa but he force pushed it back onto the cold snow and cut it's head off with his lightsaber all the while he was being frozen to death by the winds of Hoth wich slowed him down some. As he was blown over by a sudden gust of freezing cold wind a wampa came over and sliced his back and picked him up but even though Lorn was in extreme pain from the cut and the snow hitting his back he just masked most of it with the force but some throbbing could still be felt in his back as he sliced the wampa's leg off with his saber and then finished it off by stabbing it in the chest when he did that the wampa screamed out in a wretched voice and Lorn had to cover up his ears because it was so blood curdiling. As the fourth one came up behind Lorn and hit him down to the ground with a great force. Lorn quickly jumped up and stuck the wampa in the head with his saber by throwing it. The last wampa seemed to have grown in rage because it ran up to Lorn and sent him flying with one light toss. Lorn got up and started to charge the wampa. When he went up to strike the wampa it knocked him down to the ground so instead Lorn chopped it's legs off around the knees so the wampa fell over and Lorn got up and stabbed it in the head to end it. After he killed the last wampa his face had been covered with frost and was now extremely cold because he was just relizing how cold he really was. He returned to his Master and said that it was done.

"Good" Matas told his apprentice "Now follow me"

Lorn followed Matas through the cold and icy snow. The wind was pushing with much force onto both the Sith. They walked in the freezing snow for over an hour and Lorn was just about freezing to death. Matas sensed that he was using the force to keep him alive. They walked into a cave that from the look of it, seemed to have been abandoned. Matas and Lorn both walked into the enterence of the cave. The Zabrak suddenly stopped, and so did Lorn.

"New Republic troops are here, find them and kill them" Matas told Lorn

Lorn slowly walked further into the cave. Matas told him only that for Matas was trying to get Lorn to sense them through the force.

Inquisitor Lorn

As he walked farther into the cave he came to a fork in the tunnel and Lorn knew that there was some way of knowing but he had to think for a moment because he was still so cold. After thinking for a moment it came to him that all living things are connected to the force so all he had to do was to sense were they were hiding and he had no concern whether or not he could sneek up on them because he could fade into the shadows and not make a sound as he walked through the cold and damp cave. it only took a moment to sense were they were but he also sensed somthing else was there as well, a Jedi is with them thought Lorn it's the only resonable explanation for the other thing he sensed there. As he was walking down a path he knew that it was them because he felt the wormth of a fire and the presence of another force user as well. He silently walked up while masking his presense from the jedi but he also knew that the Jedi sensed somthing was amise because he felt him searching with the force but Lorn was able to mask his presence from him. Suddenly Lorn jumped out from behind a rock and started to attack them. He easily took care of two of them with a quick strike of his lightsaber because they were still in shock of him being there. the Jedi took only a second to get up and attack. He charged at Lorn and swiped at him only to knick Lorn and they started to fight. Lorn released his anger against the Jedi and choped his arm off whith a quick and easy stroke so Lorn guessed that he was just a begginer because of how easily lorn had killed him. It was now only a matter of minutes to kill the rest because they were no match for a Sith, after he had killed the last one he returned to his Master as he walked through the cave he remembered and enjoyed the fear that he saw in their eyes as he took them down. As he approached his master he was feeling better because he had warmed himself with there fire and was now prepared for anything.

Brigadier General Matas

Matas and Lorn both traveled back to Matas' ship, the Maurder. They knew their way back because the force told them where to go. They crossed the harsh snow and cold wind. They entered the ship and flew off back to Kroprulu.
