I think we should make a new RP section for people who don't wan't to always be a FS. It could be called NFS Roleplays or something like that. Is anyone else with me on this? Because I know I get tired of this

I get tired of that and would like a section where it is NFS or at least no lightsaber or Force power using being is in an RP. Then we can add a little more fun to the RPs.

I do believe we have roleplays (or a section atleast) where there is no fighting aloud. But seeing as this is a Sith forum... you'd think everyone would be satisfied with lightsabers and the force. If you want to, feel free to make a roleplay that's like that, but do it in the correct section. Personally, I think a simple no fighting roleplay would be nice, maybe set on Naboo or something like that... that'd be decent... but then again... I live to fight.

We have a section where there is no fighting allowed - the Sith Temple.
That section does have a peculiar structure there, that each thread is a particular room in the Temple, and in some cases that room has to be created by its owner. So far, the only room created is Minious' Headquarters for discussing military strategy and roleplay between campaigns. At some point I'll make a Holocron Room or a Library. The Empress may decide to create a Throne Room, Lady Actir could make a Dungeon, perhaps... and so on.
However, there are room ideas that could be created by anyone - the Cafe, a Meditation Room, we could have a Game Room, or maybe a Garden outside.
In addition to this, the Personal Roleplay section has no rules, so that whoever creates a thread can make whatever rules they want. If you want to make a non-fighting thread, but don't want to run the Cafe or tend the Garden or something similar, just make a Personal Roleplay thread. Be clear in the first post what kind of roleplay you want, and if anyone doesn't follow it, talk to a Mod or Admin about it.

Then make a new thread in Personal Roleplay where one of the rules is, No Force-sensitive characters.
The only other rule you need to have, is how you arbitrate disputes, of whether or not a difficult action succeeded - you can just say "I arbitrate all disputes" and leave it at that, or you can use existing game rules, or you can ask for someone to be an impartial referee - but we just need to know what happens when one character shoots another, and they disagree on the outcome.
So that you have people joining in, I would recommend letting existing Force-sensitives in, only as new characters, or non-Force-sensitive versions of themselves.

Should I lock this thread? The issue seems to be resolved. If you want a specific rule thread, start an RP in the Personal RP section, where you can have whatever rules you want.

I don't see a need to lock it - if someone wants to ask a similar question, they can either choose to ask it here or create a new thread. I'm not too worried about it.
