You said you left promotion approval to the Sub-Council. As long as Chairman Praxeum approved and the majority agreed, it was considered approved. I did not know they still required your approval.

The Council in charge of Promotions was put on hold for a merger with another Council. That was the last I ever heard of the merger. They were still seeking a Chairman, I believe.
