Recollections of a Sith

Glathn stood in the hangar with the Space Dragon. He was waiting for Darth Celestial, together they were to go to Glathn's old base on Coruscant, collect some old possessions and have them made into weaponry by an old contact. Glathn tapped his fingers off the Dragon.
Major General Celestial

Celestial strolled slowly through the hangar. The apprentice was in his sights, hesitant, although he couldn't wait. The boy had an uncanny sense for artifacts and items. He was great for that peice of church chapter.

"Good evening Glathn. I trust you are prepared and are in contact with the church? When on a mission to collect items you must always give a  portion to the church. One of their chapters is even devoted to it."

He sensed the scruffy attitude of the boy. It seemed he could care less, even though he wished to be in the church."Let's go."
High Mage Serratus

Glathn smiled at Celestial.
"I intend on giving the Nautolan head-tress whip, made from a head-tress of the well-known Gray Jedi-turned-bounty hunter Claudio Fisto and two sickles owned by the infamous mercenary Banjax Anthro to the Church as well as Banjax's Mandalorian armour, Fisto's rancor leather armour and the prosthetic arm of Arden Lyn, which, let me tell you, was not easy to get a hand of."
Major General Celestial

"A sense of humor, and a great pun. It seems you are ready to become a sith. Let's board."

Celestial entered the ship, finding a small yet diverse place. The ship was technical for its size, fast nimble and sharp all the less. He sat down in the passenger seat and meditated.
High Mage Serratus

Glathn hopped into the pilot's seat with a smile. He took off and after breaking free of Kuat's gravity went through the motions and entered hyperspace. A few hours later they touched down on Coruscant. Glathn turned back to Celestial.
"Celestial, we have arrived."
Major General Celestial

He just looked at the boy. He ended his meditation in a quick, just way."Then gather your things."
High Mage Serratus

Glathn nodded. He quickly gathered the materials he had decided to take; a gaderffii, his lightsaber and his Cycler Rifle. He then hopped out of the cockpit and took a quick scan of the area.

"Come, we must get to the warehouse."
Major General Celestial

Relak slowly walked out of the cockpit. He looked around the lively planet. Why would someone hide something here?

"Continue forward then."
High Mage Serratus

((Since when is Coruscant desolate?))

Serratus nodded and started walking. It took them mere minutes to arrive at his old base. With his lightsaber he quickly sliced his way through the doors. He looked inside. A bunch of death stick junkies were sitting on the floor, doing the drugs. Serratus quickly brained them with the gaderffii before running over to his trophy case. Inside were the artifacts. He went over to his speeder and attached a hovercart to the back of it. He loaded the various trophies, the head-tress, the harpoon, the rancor tooth, the various sets of armour and such. He turned to Celestial.
"Would you like a side-cart, hover-cart or a speeder of your own?"
Major General Celestial

"I prefer a speeder."

He looked at the bunch of items the boy had stockpiled. Was this person truly mad just for some items. It seemed to remind him of an old adventure to Naga Sadows tomb a few years back. Themore he thought the more in common he had with him.

(It depends on which part you go to.)
High Mage Serratus

((Fair enough.))

Serratus nodded and used the Force to bring another speeder, which was hanging on hooks from the roof, down to them. He then hopped onto his own speeder and set off for Dorsa Dursa's Craftery.
Major General Celestial

Relak hopped on, just as the boy sped off. He followed him with the force, even though he was a while ahead of him. It seemed thirty par-secs until they had reached the well-constructed building, made of zutonium-9. A very sturdy metal that a lightning storm from Tatooine couldn't knock down. What would someone on Coruscant need something like this for? The only reason he thought was to protect valuables. He budged at the door, only to find it be locked, it seemed something valuable was indeed in here.

"Do yoou wish to do the honors?"
High Mage Serratus

Serratus reached out and touched the door. Upon his touch, it opened. He turned to the Celestial.

"This place is an exclusive craftshop for bounty hunters, you need a chip. I used to work for Borba the Hutt, so I still have access."

Serratus cruised in with the speeder and hover-cart, inside was Dorsa the Hutt, who preferred to go by Dursa Dorsa, as he disliked the association with the Hutt criminal empire.

"Glathn, m'boy, what can I do for you?" said the towering hulk in Huttese.

Serratus smiled.

They call me Darth Serratus now Dursa."

Dursa smiled back.

"I always new great things would come of you. So, Darth Serratus, what can I do for you?"

Serratus lifted the contents of the hovercart on to Dursa's counter.

"I need that head-tress built into a whip, I need the harpoon modified to be self-containing, I need the rancor tooth hollowed out and fitted with lightsaber components, but not a crystal, I need all the armour cleaned, shined, polished, repaired and redone, I need the sickles sharpened and shined, I need the arm repaired and shined, I need the war droid head seperated into two gatling guns for mounting on the shoulders of large droids or beasts and I need to think of something to do with that goddamn warhead."

Dursa chuckled.

"I'll build you nice, perfectly balanced missile and you can keep it until you want to take out a very special enemy. Anyway, for all this, I would ask for say, 200, 000 credits, but I think you can provide with something else?"

His voice sounded hopeful. Serratus smiled derisively. He pulled four krayt dragon pearls from his pockets, which Dursa's Twi'lek slavegirl, who had been lurking nearby, quickly swooped up. Dursa was a workmaster and engineering genius, but he had his work done by others.

"Absolutely lovely. Now, this could take a while, so may I ask a small favour of you?"

Serratus nodded.

"Of course Dursa, unless Darth Celestial objects?"

Her turned questioningly to the other Sith.
Major General Celestial

"Depends on how much you ask. We sith are warriors, not errand boys."

The hutts disgusted him. Giant worm-like creatures always thinking they're best. They always are the "best" at everything, except moving, the lazy slime balls. They pictured humans as welks on the face of a young boy, and treat twi'leks as filth. He could live with the gorgeous twi'leks, who wopuldn't? But that was not his point.

"Tell me now."
High Mage Serratus

Serratus grimaced. He was a novice mindreader and even he felt the radiating waves of contempt and disgust. And Dursa happened to be very good at picking these waves up.

"There is a reason that I don't go by Dursa the Hutt young Sith. It is because, unlike my brethren, I am not hoity-toity, arrogant and I happen to treat my slave girls very well. Forgive me if those were not your thoughts but they are usually those of those who first meet me."

Dursa turned to Serratus.

"Now, it's about Cousin Borba. He's been doing dealings with a criminal gang called the Jen Sen Gang. They specialise in arson and Borba has them attacking all the rival Hutts' places of business. Even though I've disassociated myself from my family, I have a certain honour to uphold. I would very much like you two to get rid of the Jen Sen Gang. If you do, I'll pay you in Quixoni crystals, 20 nice round polished ones."

Serratus nodded.

"Always a pleasure to help you old friend and I need some Quixoni crystals for a little project of mine. I'll do it anyway, but I can't speak for Darth Celestial."

Dursa nodded humbly.

"Very good. Also, you remember that Jensaari Defender you did that contract for back in the day? A while ago, he finally dropped in the payment you asked for. A set of black Vornskr Jensaari armour with gold accents and a dragon-hilted blood-red blade."

Dursa nodded to his Twi'lek girl and she came out and attached the armour to Serratus. The young Sith nodded.

"Very nice."

He balanced the blade.

"Also nice."
Major General Celestial

He looked at the boy holding the blade. He semed amazed, by whatever it was.

"I feel as if we should work in counter-parts. I am sure Dursa would want us to do another job, business men always do."

He Made a motion with his fingers, a gesture to poison darts and a pipe standing on the table.
High Mage Serratus

((OOC: Sorry, I don't really get what you're saying...))
Major General Celestial

(Sorry, we should split up and get two jobs at once, in shorter terms.)
High Mage Serratus

Dursa chuckled.

"I like this one. He's like a friend I've never met. Very well, Darth Celestial, you will do what I had planned to send the lovely Tanya..."

He indicated the Twi'Lek.

"...to do. I want you to kill Cousin Borba. Kill him. Make sure he fails to live. You get the picture. And, while you're there..."

Dursa leaned over to whisper into Celestial's ear.

"...as a little surprise for Gla- I mean Darth Serratus, pick up the old hunting knife he gave to Borba. And in exhange you can take whatever you want from the shop. Except for Tanya."
Major General Celestial

"Understood."

Darth Celestial bowed before the hutt. He courtily stood up and walked to the door. He turned and looked towards Serratus.

"Be careful, I dont want your blood on a missoin with my name in it."
High Mage Serratus

"Of course. Now, we will return here upon completion of our respective missions."

Serratus hopped onto his speeder and set off for a visit to Topher String, the biggest information broker in all Coruscant. Within  a few minutes he had found Topher's place of business, a small construct just off a dark alley. Serratus took out thekey he had been given by Topher for saving him from a rancor. The very rancor, in fact, whom's tooth was being made into a lightsaber. He ran up the stair and found Topher sitting down drinking alcohol. The young Kushiban turned his head and his eyes opened wide as he saw the armoured form before him.

"WHO ARE YOU!? WHAT DO YOU WANT!?"

Serratus rasied his hand to the side of his head and pushed a small button. His vizor slid back to reveal his face. Topher blinked.

"Glathn? Glathn Long?"

Serratus smiled.

"I go by Darth Serratus these days Topher."

Topher's eyes opened wide.

"A Sith then. What information do you need?"

Serratus smiled once more.

"I need to no where I can find the Jen Sen Gang."

Topher scurried over to a massive collection of scrolls he had written about various people and locations. He pulled out one and tossed it to Serratus.

"That's where you'll find their headquarters."

Serratus nodded and smiled.

"Thanks Topher, nice to see you again."

He turned and left the apartment. As he left the tiny Kushiban form of Topher morphed into a Stennes, adorned with red and black armour and a small flame insignia.

"Idiot."
Major General Celestial

Relak had just reached a small shop, it bewildered him to find it in a shady area of Coruscant. By the way the Hutt talked, it should've been right in the wide open. it didn't matter to him anyway, he would do this mission anyway he could.

He charged in, blowing the door in with a massive force push. He walked in on a couple of twi'leks on the couch. "Where's Borba?"

"I....I dont know. He isn't here."

"I know that is a lie." Relak extended his hand and grasped her throat with the force.

"He is in the back! Gah..." The girl coughed several times before Relak let her go."I'll let you live for being so nice."

He walked up to the door, past the cowering Twi'leks. He opened it to find a small bed with the gigantice hutt sleeping on it. The Hutt must have weighed eoght-hundred pounds. He ignited his lightsaber and chopped his head off.  He kicked the body just so he could make sure it didn't do any Hutt tricks.

He looked on a shelf, and there sat a knife. He picked it up, along with a crystal, believed quixoni, off of the shelf. He walked past the twi'leks again."See ya girls."
High Mage Serratus

Darth Serratus stopped his speeder outside the Jen Sen Headquarters. He hopped off and grasped his knife tightly. He kicked in the door, expecting to surprise the Gang. Instead he was confronted by a dozen individuals in black and red armour with flame insignias, all aiming flamethrowers at him.

They all opened fire, literally, on Serratus. The armour began to heat rapidly and he cried out in pain as it was burned onto his flesh. The Sith alchemy used to forge it turned on him and the armour started to bond with his skin. He roared in agony as he became one with the armour. Then, he remembered his training. He channeled the pain and absorbed the pain and became the pain.

He rose silently before quickly stuffing one of the spikes of his gaderfii into the flamethrower of a nearby Jen Sen, the flamethrower exploding and killing him and several others as the flames reversed into the fuel tank. He hurled the gaderffii through the heads of two more before drawing his Cycler Rifle and letting lose a few rounds, killing a further five. The two remaining he swiftly decapitated with his lightsaber.

He stopped. He looked down at the armour that was now his skin. It was tough and durable but it greatly limited his speed, agility and flexibilty. He picked up his gaderffii, took a flame carbine and walked out. He hopped onto the speeder and returned to Dursa Dorsa's. He lumbered awkwardly into the shop. He still wasn't adjusted to the armour.

"I was set up, ambushed!"

Dursa coughed.

"Of course."

Serratus slid back his vizor, the only part of the armour which hadn't been seared onto his skin.

"What!?"

Dursa frowned.

"You were set up by someone. I'm not even concious. I'm in a coma and being controlled by a person who was ordered to have you and Borba killed. They are using the Force to make me say these things."

Serratus nearly choked.

"WHAT!?"

Suddenly there was a cough from the shadows and the snap-hiss of a green lightsaber being activated. Tanya stepped out sporting the lightsaber.

"You are mine Glathn Long. I was payed 100, 000 credits by the Fisto clan to take you out. And various people pooled 1, 000, 000 together for me to kill Borba. The 100, 000 doesn't mean that much compared to ten times as much but I will kill you nonetheless, for the sake of honour."

She pointed the lightsaber at him. He laughed and drew his own.

"A bounty hunter could not hope to best a Sith!"

She quickly drew a second lightaber. This one she fitted onto the end of the other, forming a doublesaber. She then drew two more, attaching them together to form another doublesaber.

"I am no ordinary bounter. I am a Secura. I am a Dark Jedi and a master of double-bladed lightsaber combat to the extent I can wield two at once. How do you feel now?"

Serratus felt another lightsaber would be handy. Or another Sith.
Major General Celestial

Relak felt a disturbance in the force. He knew not what it was. But it was strong, then he thought Glathn. It felt like another sith had been near him. Possibly another sith, sith master, or higher.

He had to hurry back, or it may be too late.
High Mage Serratus

Serratus blocked and parried as much as he could. He did his best but he wasn't used to his new skin and Tanya hit him multiple times. However, the cortosis lacing of the armour stopped many of her strikes from cutting, although his inflamed pain sensors still burnt from the heat. He wished Celestial would hurry.
Major General Celestial

(Sorry, had a big school trip the past few days and didn't get back till late.)

Celestial reached the Hutts trading house. He heard a racket coming from inside,  everything was breaking, and then he heard a lightsaber clash. He turned off the Swoop bike and rushed inside.

To his surprise, he saw Serratus and...someone he couldn't identify fighting. He turnd on his lightsaber, hearing the snap-hiss come on. He jumped behind the lady...he persumed and slashed at her. She blocked, but it left Darth Serratus an opening.
High Mage Serratus

Serratus lunged in with a powerful uppercut and removed one of Tanya's arms. She screamed. A Force Scream which knocked Serratus and Celestial backwards. Serratus rose warily. Tanya was one arm down but she still had another arm, still wielding a doublsaber. He lunged in with a powerful Djem So downward strike.
Major General Celestial

Celestial power kicked up. The scream caught him off-guard, and for such a powerful one, it seemed impossible. As she made her strike, Celestial lunged forward with devastating speed and pierced her through the heart. She fell to the ground, as did Celestial. The sped he used required alot of power and force, and it wiped him out.
High Mage Serratus

Serratus watched as Tanya and Celestial fell to the ground. He rushed over to his ally and checked his breathing. He was still alive. He pushed him up against a bag of grain. He took the doublesabers from Tanya's body and clipped them onto his belt.

He went to the back room where he had sent his artifacts. Most of Dursa's slave girls were tied up and gagged at the end of the room. He untied them and pulled the gags down.

"You all alright?"

They nodded. Then he remembered Dursa. He went out to the massive Hutt. He raised his hands and started shooting Force Lightning into him, to get him up again. After a few minutes, his eyes flickered open.

"Who are you?"

Serratus retracted his vizor.

"It's Glathn Long, Dursa, or, well now I'm called Darth Serratus. A Dark Jedi called Tanya had you in a coma and was controlling you with the Force to have me and Borba killed."

Dursa blinked.

"Oh my. Well you've survived clearly, has Borba?"

Serratus shook his head.

"I doubt it. My Sith associate, Darth Celestial was sent to kill him, survival is doubtful."

Dursa nodded.

"Very well. Why were you hear anyway?"

Serratus smiled. Back to business as always.

"Your slave girls know."

Dursa smiled back.

"Very good."

He turned his head.

"Girls, finish Darth Serratus's order!"

A few minutes later, contrary to the comatose Dursa's claims, the girls emerged. They had the rancor-tooth lightsaber, Arden Lyn's arm, the harpoon and the krayt-bone and Tusken armour.

"Where is the rest?"

One of the girls spoke.

"When Tanya tied us up, the sickles, whip and two of the suits of armour got damaged beyond repair. The turrets and the missile are back in the workshop."

Serratus nodded.

"That's okay. I will take the lightsaber now, send everything else on to my quarters on Kuat."

He went over to Celestial and threw him over his shoulder.

"Nice to see you again Borba."

He loaded Celestial into the hovercart and left in the speeder.
Major General Celestial

(Go ahead  with the next post. There isn't much action when you ko'ed.)
High Mage Serratus

Serratus pulled up beside the Space Dragon. He loaded Celestial in and hopped in himself. He took off quickly. He would have to get Celestial back to Kuat to rest, but first a sidetrack was necessary. He entered hyperspace and arrive a few hours later at his old shack on Tatooine. Inside he found the Ultima-Pearl he had been saving for the tooth. There was also a rusty-coloured Phond and pale-blue Nextor. He quickly inserted them all into his new lightsaber. He ignited it and marvelled at the beautiful, lustrous, silvery lilac blade. He quickly sheathed it and returned to the Space Dragon before a sandstorm whipped up. As he was getting in, he noticed something sticking out of Celestial's pocket. His hunting knife!

"Tanya must have wanted it."

He reached out and took the knife. It was still shiny, made from the finest beskar. He tucked it into his belt and smiled. He got back into the pilot's seat and set a course for Kuat.

((Do you want some Quixoni crystals or something?))
Major General Celestial

(Nope. Just helping out a comrade.)
High Mage Serratus

((If you're sure.))
Serratus watched as Celestial was taken to the medical centre. Clutching his new lightsaber and twenty shiny Quixoni crystals, he turned and left the hangar.
Major General Celestial

Celestial finally awoke. He was dazed and confused, and then he remembered what happened. The power he felt go through him, he could use this sometime. It seemed the battle made him stronger, in more than one way.

He then left the hanger."Hope the boy gave some of the items to the church."
