High Inquisitor Gra'tua

Okay next tell me who your Sith Patron is. The Sith that you most respect whether it be for their power or knowledge.. Tell my why they are your favorite sith and why you pay your respects to them.

After that you two will have a nice little duel before I send you on your first of three missions.
Roan Sinidal

My Dark Patron is Verege. She revealed the true nature of the Force, crafted future events with cunning precision, and was an example of a true manipulator.

My master, though I mean no disrespect, your other apprentice needs help. They asked you a question, which you ignored. Why make us do anything if you don't really care about it, if it serves no purpose - then it is not good for the Sith because it makes us have less of a purpose as a whole.
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

I did not ignore. I am writing something up and will pm it to him.
Supreme Prophet Praxeum

To the come to the aid of the apprentice, you should have at least said something in public since you are training two Sith.
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

I did Dark Lord Praxeum. I made it public to Lord Prongie and a few others in the Office of Citizenship.
Supreme Prophet Praxeum

Er, where? There was no where explaining the jobs of the orders.
Madara

Thank you i have Decided i would like to be a Inquisitor and for my Dark Patron of choice i choose Malorum, He was a Human male who became one of the first members of the Inquisitorius during the time following the formation of the Galactic Empire.
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

Finally another Inquisitor.

Sorry Lord Praxeum I though you were talking about the apprentice thing.

Alright it's time for you two to duel. Report to the Dueling arena.
Roan Sinidal

Roan stepped out from the small speeder that took him from the Sith Temple to where he was to meet his master and slowly walked into the buidling. The faint tap of his lightsaber cane touching the ground as the only sound that could be heard as he looked around the area. After a few moments, he arrived to the area where he had began his training recently and saw his master waiting for him. The thought of his master beating him here, despite Roan's efforts to get here first, brought a smile and sense of pride to him to be trained by Gra'tua.
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

Gra'tua was waiting for Roan for only a moment, but as Roan entered Gra'tua gave him a look that said It's time to begin. Gra'tua drew his saber and ignited it, lunging forward at Roan without warning, his saber came down at roans right shoulder. There was not time for petty duels with training sabers simple tasks that would not threaten life.

Gra'tua's saber was not on a stun setting, if Roan was struck he would die. Gra'tua would also not used weakend force abilities. This was a test to see if Roan had that small characteristic. The will to survive was all Roan would need to pass this test.
Roan Sinidal

The fear that began to overtake Roan because of his inexperience, gripped his heart. But a strong force of will pushed aside that fear, and gave him the strength to push off his left foot and dive right into his master, knocking them both to the ground. Roan used the Force to pull his lightsaber cane he had set on the wall to him, but knew that it wouldn't be near him in time to attack his master, so jumped to his feet and began to move back. Once, he felt the firm handle of his cane fall into his left hand and then grabbed it with his right, he turned and stared at his master.

The two only looked at each other for a brief moment, enough for Roan to compose himself. He knew that his master out-powered him in every aspect, so Roan decided to leave this fight to his one strength - raw strength. He had become very adept in the art of Djem So during his training, but he also knew that his master excelled at it as well. So, Roan knew he would have to remain on the offense, lest his master take control of the fight - but he also knew that his master could easily do that at any moment.

So, Roan lunged at his master, his green blade flying through the air beside him. He swung a powerful swipe at the mid-section of his master, but his master quickly eluded it with a Force jump, which caused Roan to see he was using the art of Ataru, which would prove very bad for anyone using Djem So.
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

As Gra'tua jumped to dodge the blade of his apprentice he did a flip, spinning in the middle of it to land behind Roan. As he came down to land his thrashed his blade at the center of his apprentice's back. As the Inquisitor did this, Roan rolled foward narrowly escaping the sting of the indigo blade. Gra'tua smiled as he watched his apprentice react before sending a small force lightning at him before he could settle himself.
Roan Sinidal

Roan saw the burst of energy hurtling at him, but couldn't raise his blade in time to block the attack and it hit him square in the chest. Roan felt his feet leave the ground before his body became overwhelmed with pain. His back slammed against the wall of the training room, making his teeth smack, then he fell face first onto the hard floor.

Roan was in serious pain, but he knew he couldn't remain a Sith if he stayed on the ground. He slowly used his lightsaber cane as support at tried to move. He was able to slowly raise to his knees and he looked at his master, blood dripping from Roan's mouth.

((Please excuse my absence, my Master. There was a death in the family.))
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

Gra'tua watched as his apprentice tried to rise, "Get to your feet. Use your pain." He said angrily as he charged again. this time his stabbed both his blades at the rising apprentice. Doing this would allow quick action in bringing a blade up or down on a moving opponent.

[[My birthday was on the 15th, but my father felt it was necessary to take me to California and away from a computer for a couple days.. forgive.]]
Roan Sinidal

Rather then move out of the way or rise to block, Roan did something rather unexpected. His feet were pressed against the wall from when he was sent across the room, and he put all his pressure on them then released it forward. He sent himself flying right into his master's knees, causing the blades to rise in the air, rather then to attack Roan.
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

As Gra'tua's blades moved up, he let the left one fall into it's hilt. As the indigo blade disipated the High Inquisitor's hand flew down upon the apprentice with a powerful force push. As the ability hit the apprentice, he was pushed into the ground, causing cracks to form in the floor.

Gra'tua then moved back and put his sabers away. "Not bad, but this practice is over. Rise." As the Nautolan covered himself with his cloak he watched as his apprentice painfully made his way to his feet. "We are going to decide where you fit best in this Empire. What Order you would be best for." He said as he turned to his apprentice.
Roan Sinidal

Roan began to rise, but only moved to a kneeled position. "I do not know, my master." His speak was sporadic as he tried to catch his breath, but he dared not keep his master waiting for a reply. "I wish to test my skills and see where I belong in the Empire."
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

Gra'tua nodded and motioned with his hand for the apprentice to rise. "It also depends on where your interests lay. In your file it states that you were interested in the Military. That would mean you wish to command fleets and fight in the the soldiers. Is this still so?" As he asked he pulled his head-tails back and binded them with a bantha leather strap.
Roan Sinidal

Seeing his Master move his head-tails Roan took that as a sign he could move and he wiped both the sweat off his forehead and the hair from his eyes. "Well, I believe I have skills in fighting, my Master. But I do not know if it is my most prominent talent."
High Inquisitor Gra'tua

"The main point is where do you wish to go? The Military that wages our wars, the Guard that protects our Empire, The Mages that perform our experiments and explore uncharted areas, The prophets that hold our virtues and religion, or the Inquisitor's that obtain valuable information and complete important assassinations?" He said calmly as he lowered his arms and folded them across his chest. "It matters not what talents you have, we can teach you the skills you will need."
