One of the more prevalent derivatives of Force Concealment was the Quey'tek meditation. When properly applied and maintained, a Sith Lord or Dark Jedi could mask their own dark signatures appearing completely benevolent to even the most powerful and alert Jedi.
Known users of the Quey'tek meditation included Asajj Ventress, Dooku (although Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker were eventually able to see through his shielding), and possibly Darth Maul. Jacen Solo also used this technique to hide Lumiya's dark presence.

In game terms, Darth Sidious had Force Stealth (the RPG name for the ability Praxeum describes) at probably +25, which simply using the "take ten" rule of the RPG, means any See Force roll directed at him would have a -35 penalty. Since he has 17 Force-using levels, that means spotting him with See Force has a DC 43. (For perspective, the rulebook's example of a DC 40 "nearly impossible" skill check is to "track a Wookiee through the forests of Kashyyyk on a moonless night after 12 days of rainfall".)
Amusingly, no version of Sidious' stats in the main rulebook or the DS Sourcebook give him any ability with this skill at all, and I consider the stats they've written for him to be one of the better examples of how much they simply did not think very much about the abilities that some characters demonstrate when doing the write-up. (The stats for Sidious in the DS Sourcebook aren't even possible using the rules they provide, as he doesn't fulfill the requirements for his prestige classes.)
