In the on-going attempt to improve the Order, I have sanctioned the creation of a new rank - the Arch Protecter. This new office will be the official "hand" of the Mages. For more information, please refer to the Order's Registry. I am conferring this new Secondary Office upon Explorer 1st Class, Darth Ultiria. I have also approved the creation of Liason Officers. In an on-going effort of organising the structure of the Order, I am announcing that we will be abolishing the secondary offices of GBAs. It was a nice thought that proved impractical. Secondly, Superior Odin is no longer High Scribe, he is Arch Protector. It is with great pleasure that I announce the creation of the latest Mage facility, the Department of Mysteries Special Containment Facility. Created for the secure containment of supernatural and paranormal phenomena, the SCF is attended by a staff of specially-trained DoM Mages, and has its own contingent of special transport ships specially selected from the Mage Fleet.
