Yeah, kinda. He has a stupid lookin face and an annoying voice. He's a coward in the movie and his abilities with a lightsaber aren't that impressive.
I just don't like him.

My favorite sith are Darth Nihilus, and Darth Bane, but I don't know which one I like more. I don't like Count Dooku, and while he did have the power of Darth Addendu at his disposal, his power was weak, and so was his fighting style.

I'd like to point out that Dooku's style was hardly weak. He was considered one of the best swordsmen in the galaxy, Jedi and Sith. And he didn't have the training with the Saber that most of the better Jedi had. He was raised in a time of relative peace, so the saber was not stressed. Whereas Obi Wan, Anakin (etc...) were trained during conflict, where the saber was stressed, and they had plenty of time to practice. Yoda had 800 years to perfect his style.

I would have to say it would be Darth Revan and Darth Cadeus, the strongest Sith Lord of the Old Republic and the strongest Sith Lord period.(At least from the sources of the book.)
