I have an almost identical vocal range to Corey Taylor and from listening to him I learned how to death growl.

So yeah, basically.

Left Behind is probably my favourite Slipknot song. I once got into a flame war with dear Prophet Odin here but in retrospect, he was right, I was wrong, All Hope Is Gone sucks in comparison to their other albums.

All Hope Is Gone was their best album. And a lot of people say they liked the other albums better because there is more screaming, and now Corey Taylor has a softer voice people think that something is wrong with it. I liked all of their albums.

It's just that some people take things more seriously than the others. It's difficult to tell when somebody is being light-hearted or sarcastic when all we see is text. As for SlipKnot, I've listened to a few of there songs, but it's really not my kind of music.

It's more the genre. I'm not really into that heavy stuff. Children of Bodom or a few Marilyn Manson songs are the only heavy stuff I'm a fan of.

I only mentioned Coheed in one(1) post. And Connor, no, Mastodon is not better than Coheed. They never have been and they never will be. You only like them because Ryanne and Taylor said that they like them. And if I'm wrong about that, talk to Lane because he told me.

WOA THERE KIMOSABEY, I have never heard Ryanne say that she likes mastodon, I like mastodon because of their music, listen to pendolus skin, thats one of my favs, and then probably bladecatcher, if only liked them cuz of someone else, then I would not have spent money on their album, I would have downloaded if from frostwire, and yes they are better than C&C

Dude chill, Im not sayin that mastodon is better live, but mastodons music is way more complex and harder to play, plus there drummer, Braan, does alot of the vocals.
