When Sotten was 18 he went to get a check up at the doctor their he found his midichlorian count was high, He left Telos soon after traveling to Korriban to join the Sith to learn more about his powers and the force.

A Sith Lord could, perhaps learn more than one form, perhaps even master two, but not be a complete master of three forums.

There are certain individuals who master more than one form and it is not unlikely for a battlemaster to know at least three to four forms. And someone like Cin Drallig managed to master all forms and so did Palpatine.

There are technically only seven forms, though that's not including the forms that luke had for the new new jedi order, but those were based off of the old forms anyway.

Didn't he only create another four forms anyway? So in total that's still only 11, not 60...

I believe he created three, fast, medium, and strong. But even those are just based off old forms.

Oh, ok, so ten then. And I guess the alternate form of Form VII, Vapaad that Mace created makes eleven, but not thirty.
