None of the above. Spiderman's archenemy is Carnage. If you were familiar with the comics, Venom is more of anti-hero these days and he and Spiderman frequently team up to kick Carnage's ass. Venom is Spiderman's archrival. Doc Oc and the Green Goblin are significant members of Spiderman's rogues gallery but not archenemies. Hob-Goblin is the Green Goblin's archrival, his relationship with Spiderman is far less intense.

I have to agree with serratus about it not being venom but I'm not so sure about carnage either.I'd think it'd be either the green goblin or carnage though.

I honestly don't think it was Carnage. Carnage was a manifestation from Venom, and was actually more of Venoms rival you could say, for they would team up and fight, depending the occasion.
