Grand Inquisitor ProgniePrognie, real name Jinko Celchu, was born on Chandrila and eventually found a place in the Eternal Empire with the Sith. Jinko is blind but has managed to use the force to heighten his senses as well as his awareness in the force. Because of his inability to see he uses the force to feel as well as vibrations in it to give him an idea of what is before him. Only a few can hide themselves from the Grand Inquisitor, most of which he has given a way to identify them despite and the Emperor himself.
Jinko was born on Chandrila as a son of the Celchu line.
Jinko was trained by Inquisitor Thrax.
Prognie accomplished what very little did, he was one of the few that rose up through the ranks quickly and eventually landed himself as the Supreme Prophet before resigning and taking up the position of Grand Inquisitor feeling his skills would better build the inquisitor's network. Through his dedication to protect the Empire the Emperor named him the heir to the throne.

Darth AcrimonusHe was born J'yph Asmodeus, but renamed Darth Acrimonus by his first Master. He kept the name when Knighted as a member of the Sith of the Eternal Empire.
Born on Bespin, but recruited by the Jedi at a young age. Spent the majority of his childhood/adolescence training to become a Jedi Knight. Did not stay in the Jedi Order long after being Knighted, but did not initially seek out the Eternal Empire either. He received some private teachings from a renegade before coming to Kroprulu.
He has had two Masters to instruct him in the ways of the Dark Side. His first instructer was the renegade Sith Eriaté Sulla. She unlocked his potential to weild the Dark Side of the Force, beginning his journey down the dark path. However, her teaching methods were eccentric (to say the least) and they 'parted company' before he had a decent level of control over the power he was able to access.
His official Master was Darth Seti, a skilled Alchemist and practioner of a number of archaic rituals from a variety of Force-sensitive cults. He taught him how to refine and focus his raw abilities to gain control over them.
He ascended to the rank of Sith Lord and served in the Sith Military as Supreme Commander. Although his time was short, he worked on expanding the Fleets and attempting to ensure our Officers were well trained.
He came up with the initial set of Imperial Honours, and despite an initial set back have now seen the system be implemented.
Possibly, his greatest accomplishment within the Empire was his assisstance in seeing the Hall of Dark Patronage come to be. With Emperor Shadow, they worked out a system to honour past Dark Siders, which ultimately saw Emperor Shadow being permitted (he was no Emperor at the time) the freedom to establish the Hall as he saw fit.

Strongest SithI would not title any of them as the strongest Sith. The strength of a Sith should not depend on their titles, accompilshments or victorys in battles. The strength of a Sith should depend how strong the force flows through them and also how immersed they are in the Dark Side.

Arcticle One:::Article One:::Public Trial:::
Section One outlines that all Prophets are innocent until proven guilty and that they also have the right to be given a fair public trial. In this, the Church states Prophets. Surely not everybody in the Empire is a prophet and if they are not, they too should be given fair trial?
Section Two outlines that any Prophet may bring charges against another Prophet if they have sufficiant evidence. Again, this states prophet. However, evidence such as posts can be deleted therefore, if he had a case, the sufficiant evidence is no-longer there.
Section Three explains that if the Supreme Prophet believes the evidence to be"compelling", he will announce a trial in three days. It also outlines that the prosecuters identity will remain unknown but the accused and his/her charges will be made public. Why is it up to the Supreme Prophet wether evidense should be compelling or not? If there is evidence, a trial should go ahead.
Section Four outlines that within the 3 days, certain things may happen if the accused wishes it to. It does not however, tell us what things may happen if the accused so wishes. For example, will the case be suspended if he/she so wishes?
Section Five states that the accused may chose counsel from among existing prophets to help draft a case for him which would be presented in the Chamber of Dark Justice. If, however, the prosecutor has not yet been revealde, what happens if the accused choses him/her? Also, must the accused choose counsel?
Section Six tells me that the accused and the counsel will have whatever time remains between counsel's appointment and the end of the three days to draft there defence. The problem I would have with this is, justice is not fair. What if there is declines when the accused asks for counsel? Also, activity is also a factor; the accused or his/her counsel may not be able to come online until the day of trial.
Section Seven states that the High and Supreme Prophets may not be used as counsel. As the High Prophet is presiding over the case and the Supreme Prophet handles appeals, this is fair. However, what are the procedures if a case is brought against the High or Supreme Prophet?
Section Eight states that the identity of the prosecutor will be announced after three days. However, is the prosecutor entitled to seek counsel also to help fight their case? If so, what happens if their identity is leaked?
Section Nine outlines that the trial begins when the High Prophet, accused and their counsel and the prosecution awknowledge their part in the trial. However, this does not state when that may be. Perhaps it would be wise that it should be held on the day that the prosecution's identity is revelead and it would be better if it was revelead during the trial itself, thereby the accused will have no chance to get revenge or pressure the prosecution into dropping the trial.
Section Ten outlines that once the trial has ended, the High Prophet will announce his judgement with which the accused has six days to appeal. This is fair.
Section Eleven outlines the procedures of the appeal stating that the accused has the whole six days to find new counsel if they so wish and thereby draft a new defence. This is also fair. However, concerning this and the above section, what if the prosecution is unhappy with the judgement, do they get a chance to appeal?
Section Twelve states that any appeal will be presided over by the Supreme Prophet. Again, I stress, what happens if the Supreme Justice himself is on trial?
Section Thirteen states that during the original trial the Supreme Prophet appoints a lone investigator who looks into the crime in greater detail and also watch over the accused if he.she is found guilty and is sentenced to probation. It also states that this investigators identity shall never be revealed and that his judgement of the crime wil be taken into account (if the accused is found guilty) in the sentencing. I have a problem with this. This states the original trial. The Supreme Prophet does not preside over the original trial. Also, if the identity is never revealed, how do we know that one is actually appointed?
Section Fourteen states that if the appealed case is underway and the charges are dropped, the accused is free to go about his daily business. But, what if the accused pressured the prosecution into dropping the case. What happens then?
Section Fifteen states thet if the accused does not appear in court within the three day limit or the High Prophet will judge based on evidence at hand. This could be fair if the accused is online within the three days, but what if he is away unexpectedly?

Article 2:::Article 2:::Reasonable Punishment:::
Section One: This states that it shall depend on the seriousness of the crime how severe the punishment would be. However, it also states that it is up to the arbiter what that punishment should be. I don't think this to be fair. The subject of the cases may be the same however, the judgements may not. This is not at all fair. I think that there should be set courses of action depending on the case.
Section Two: This outlines Probation, an action which is to be observed ny an anonomous, independent investigator. In this, the workings of the Church would be denied to the offender. This would not work in general. Denying the workings of the Empire to an offender would be the same as banning them from posting. At least if it were to stay in the Church, the offender would be free to post in other forums.
Section Three: This states that the offender must be proved to be prepeared to regain their postion ie. They would be allowed once again within the Church. It does not state, however, what they must do to prove themselves. Is it a time basis, a task etc.
Section Four: This outines the punishment of demotion. This happens when the offender abuses his power. This is a fitting punishment to their crimes. However, is it permanent or temperary. Does the High Prophet or Supreme Prophet have the powers to demote?
Section Five: This section outlines Expulsion if the crime is especially henious. It says that the offender would be expelled from the Order. This would not work in the Empire in general. One would have to be expelled from the Empire itself and surely only the Emperor has the powers to do that. However, I must agree that if the crime is extremely henious, expulsion is the only method.
Section Six: This outlines the appealling of a punishment. The offender has 6 days in which to appeal. After this, the sentence is concrete and must be seen through. This is fair in some ways. If the ofender is on line within the 6 days and has seen his sentence and has not decided to appeal it is fair. If the offender was not online within the 6 days, is this fair? He/She has not seen the outcome of the case against him/her and therefore could not have had the chance to see if it was just. Does the 6 days also apply to the prosecution if they are allowed to appeal a decision?

Article Three:::Article Three:::High Treason:::
This article outlines the meaning of High Treason and the acceptable ways of punishment as well as the ways you can break this Law. Again, a right to a fair trial is mentioned and reasonable punishments include but are not limited to Probation. I believe that thisarticle is a fair one and that iot should be included in the Empire. However, speaking out against the Empress/Emperor is grounds for High Treason. If the accused insults the Emperor/Empress by saying their reign is evil, worthless etc, then this is just ground for arrest. However, in my opinion, if a person does not agree with the Emperor/Empress and says this, they have a right to their opinion. Again, though, if their opinion extends to slander etc, then they should be put on trial.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Article Four:::Article Four::Sedition:::
This section outlines the meaning, ways to violate it and acceptable punishments. Sedition is the communication, of material intended to start a rebellian against the Empire. In my opinion, this section is very like Insurrection. Sedition involves plans to overthrow the Empire and/or the Church of the Dark Side, as does Insurrection. The punishments range from Probation to Expulsion. Again, the accused is entitled to a fair trial.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Article Five:::Article Five:::Espionage
This section outlines the meaning, ways to violate and punishments of Espionage. This would work very well in the Empire as a whole but in terms of the Church only, there is not much point as it is only an Order of the Empire. The punishment, Espionage, is perfect as the only answer to the henious crime; if they committed it once, they could do it again. Again, as in all sections, the accused has the right to a fair trial.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Article Six:::Article Six:::Insurrection:::
As I have stated earlier, this Article is a lot like Sedition. It involves the communication of methods/plans to overthrow/rebel against the Empire. Again, the accused has the right to a fair trial. The punishments, however, differ. With Sedition, it can range from Probation to Expulsion. However, with Insurrection, though very similar, Probation or Demotion are acceptable punishments. If one can plan to rebel but fails, who can say thay won't do it again. I believe the only acceptable punishment is Expulsion.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Article Seven:::Article Seven:::Mutiny:::
This article states that if one is convicted of being a willing, able or active participant and agent in an attempt to overthrow the Empire, expulsion is the only punishment. I agree with this. If the accused can prove they are an accessory, i.e. not knowing the full details of what he/she is doing, probation is acceptable. I disagree, I believe that Suspension from the Empire is acceptable for this action.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Article Eight:::Article Eight:::Conspiracy
This article outlines the meaning of, ways of violating and acceptable punishments of Conspiracy. Again, as in all articles, the accused has the right to a fair trial. Considering the severity of the crime, Probation, Demotion and Expulsion are considered acceptable punishments. I believe that Probation should not be used. This crime is too serious for simple probation and I believe that Suspension or Demotion would be the best judgements.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Articles Nine - Seventeen:::Article Nine:::Perjury:::
This article deals with the offence of perjury i.e. lying under oath. As it can only hapen during the trial of the original offence, it shall be dealt with in a different caes. If the accused is found guilty, Probation shall be the verdict. I believe that this is a good rule. If one is found to have lied under oath i.e. the good name of the Empire. he/she should be puished. Probation or Demotion, in my opinion, would be sufficiant.
:::Article Ten:::Bribery/Blackmail:::
This article deals with the meaning of, ways to violate and punishments in regards to Bribery/Blackmail. The severity of the crime would decide appropriate pnishment. Again, a public trial would be held. In my opinion, Embracery should be included under these headings. I also believe that Expulsion may be too extreme but Demotion and/or Probation would suffice.
:::Article Eleven:::Disorderly Conduct:::
This article deals with the meaning of, ways of violation and punishments in regard to Disorderly Conduct. Again, as in most trails, it would be a public hearing. I do not believe that Expulsion should be enforced as a punishment as it is too extreme but again, Demotion/Probation would be acceptable.
:::Article Twelve:::Solicitation:::
This article deals with the charge of Solicitation. An investigation is held to find the Solicitor. Two seperate trials are held: one for both the Solicited and the Solicitor, and both are public trials. Punishments deemed acceptable are Expulsion and Demotion however, in my opinion, I believe that Demotion is a fair verdict for both parties.
:::Article Thirteen:::Fraud/Plagerism:::
This article deals with the falsifying of information and the direct quoting without listing a source. Punishment which I would advise are the same as in place. Again, the accused is entitled to a fair trial.
:::Article Fourteen:::Sabotage:::
This article deals with the case of Sabotage. Again, the accused has a public trial. If evidence is given that shows the accused took part in disturbing the natural order of the Order or the Empire. Punishments include Expulsion, Demotion or Probation. In my opinion, Demotion should suffice for any found guilty.
:::Article Fifteen:::Obstruction:::
This article deals with any person who obstructs an on going case/course of justice. Again, a fair public trial would be held. Reasonable punishments include Demotion and/or Expulsion. I believe that Demotion, Suspension or Probation would be a sufficiant verdict.
:::Article Sixteen:::Subversion:::
This article deals with Subversion i.e.giving moral support to offenders of Mutiny or Insurrection. Again, a fair pubic trial would be held where the accused wiould be tried on the charges of Mutiny or Insurrection. However, in my opinion, giving moral support or comfort should not be a punishable offence. Although, if a section of the said moral support includes future Mutinies, then it may be punishable by Demotion or Expulsion.
:::Article Seventeen:::Embracery:::
As I have stated earlier, I believe that Embracery should come under the heading of Bribery/Blackmail. That, plus the fact they are tried under the rules of Bribery/Blackmail anyway, leads me to conclude that Embracery should be scrapped and, instead, article 10 should cover it.
