I have a question on the Ysalimir grenade. On the assumption that this would be used by non-force users to combat enemy force users, surely it could then affect any allied force users in the area of effect, as a non force user could only throw it so far without the aid of a launcher.

But a blaster is easier to counter rather than this which will not only hit the blackmarkets but get into the hands of rebels that can efficiently use them making the upper hand that force users normally have pointless.

Saying that, we do explore all alternative methods of warfare including those which may involve Alchemy. Therefore, although the Supreme Prophet may have created it for the heck of it, we both decided it may be useful.

If the Sith Imperial Armed Forces were to decide to use The Ysalamiri Grenade as created by Darth Praxeum and/or the Vader 1000 as created by Darth Seti, how much time would be required to instate the production protocols and what would the production rate [per month] be?

The main issue with the Ysalamiri Grenade would be the removal of the Ysalamiri from their trees, which is a delicate process. As such, my own estimate would range from 100-150 Grenades per month, making this item quite rare.
Also, the Vader 1000 is an even more delicate process. As such, the maximum production rate I would estimate on those would be 20-25 a month.
You must understand that these weapons are no mere blasters, and as such take time.

I'm rather fearful of Prophet Crozeus's latest vision. What is the recommendation of the Church to avert such disaster?

As the official stand of the Church of the Dark Side, we communicate our prophecies while the listener is to interpret them. You might interpret the "Shadow" as yourself, while Lord Tarna might see the death of the Shadow as a sunrise, and "The Master of Shadow" being someone waking up.
