Prophets are mainly responsible for foreseeing future and using alchemy for the good of empire, so they are kind of magicians rather than fierce lightsaber duelists or tacticians, but these do not mean they can not.

The Prophets are expert swordsmen. We tell the future. We delve so deep into the Force we understand the universe like none other. We know things beyond ordinary comprehension. And the current Emperor and previous Empress have both been Supreme Prophets.
