The Dead Return at the strangest of timesGreetings to all. Most of the names here I no longer recognize, but that makes sense since I have been gone for a year.
The quickest explanation for my prolonged absence is that my wife got ill & has breast cancer. She's finally about to undergo lovely chemotherapy. I think you can fill in the rest. I hope you can also understand why I dropped everything.
I'd enjoy getting back into torturing the masses but it seems the Alchemists have left the building. Say it isn't so!!

Well look who it is. Welcome back Seti. You've missed alot lol, and I hope your wife's chemo goes well.
|
Lord Seti
|
Vexen, you live? How the halibut are you these days?
But its good to be back. Looks like I have a lot to catch up on. And apparently a future move is happening too? (I think I read that right.)

Grand Inquisitor Prognie

The Alchemists have been added into the Church but the Inquisitors could also use someone such as yourself to create new ways to get people to talk.
|
Lord Aequitas
|
Nonsense, Seti, the Alchemists have joined with the Church. I am the new High Prophet Aequitas, we haven't met. The Church has a place for you if you'd like it?
|
Sovereign Defender Tarna
|
Oh...my...god...I never thought I would see this day.
Welcome back, sir.
|
Major General Celestial
|
Welcome back. You may not know me, but I have heard stories of you.
|
High Inquisitor Gra'tua
|
Wow, welcome back. You left just after I had joined I believe.
|
Emperor Shadow
|
Welcome back Seti. We're glad you're back and we'll say a couple chants for your wife. I hope everything goes okay.
|
Mage Superior Odin
|
I dont know you but I hope your wife would get well soon

Well, it's certainly good to see you back .

Thank you to everyone. Just glad to be here to spread my evil once again.

probably not glad to see me, but for what it counts welcome back, my somewhat former nemesis. My uh, groin region still hurts fromt hat duel.

And sorry about the cancer, its a tough thing to see a loved one go through it. My dad suffered 2 and a half months of Esophogeal Cancer before finally passing away.
|
Lord Seti
|
ROFL Yeah, I remember that duel. Sorry about that. lol
Of course, I'm glad to see you my friend. Last time I was around though, you were a renegade Jedi I believe. Its been a while, eh?

You gotta admit it was quite creative.

You had a fantastic sense of humor. A very sick, twisted, dark, and at most times disturbing sense of humor, but a sense of humor nonetheless. I hope you stay on this site.

I always thought evil was an artform- granted it is a violent & messy artform. But yes, I plan on staying here. It looks like Shadow has done some interesting things with structure.

Sorry I missed this earlier. I'm really sorry to hear about your father. I lost my father as well, so I know what you mean. Cancer sucks-no matter what kind it is- it just sucks.

Although i was about a year and a month off of realizing that TDSL and Rebels weren't sister sites anymore(There is still a part of me wanting it to go back to that) Once I realized i could be sith on one and jedi on another i was happy. until two nights ago when i turned on rebels. I always turn when i reach knight.
And Yes, cancer does suck. I hope your wife makes it through.

No longer sister sites, eh? That's probably a really good idea. Turning on them is probably also a good idea. lol Keeps them on their toes.

Well no, everyone was just like, | people on rebels wrote: | well isn't this unexpected? |
I did go up three ranks compared to my jedi position though, so that is a plus. I also found an awesome picture of a nautolan sith wielding a doublebladed lightsaber that fits my character's description.
If it is alright to you, I would like to duel you on friendly terms. no holding me up by the groin in the air though. That stuff makes your voice go higher.

Lord Seti

Love the pic. BTW, I'd love to duel. No high pitched voices required. But right now, I'm going through a lot of posts to catch up on things. Give me a day or two, then I'll start a thread.
-Seti
p.s. Thats assuming we don't have to evacuate since I live in Southern Louisiana.

oaky. I've been away from roleplaying as long as you have been gone basically, probably longer, but I've been practicing and stuff. And I hope you don't get hit by the storm, and that if you do, it isn't as hard as Katrina.

Same old, same old. But I'm doing all right...school is hell, even though its only been a week lol.

Holy crap. I have been talking over and over again about how I wish you were back...and now, bam! Here you are. I really am the Supreme Prophet.

When I saw this thread, something about it told me it was going to be Seti. And not because I saw your name next to the title, I followed the direct link at the side of the category.
Sorry to hear about you're wife, good luck with that.

Lord Seti

Supreme Prophet, hm? So how many people did you have to kill for that? Well, I'm sure they had it coming to them. j/k But you know, I had to come back eventually. I really missed all those killing sprees and unnatural acts of wanton savagery. Now if I could just remember where I put the keys to the Death Star III...I'll be all set.
Yodafueva, good to see you again. Its been way too long. Things look like they have been interesting around here.

Indeed, nice to see you back as well. I actually made a return a few months ago, I hadn't been on the site in over two years...
