I do not think you understand the procedures used here.
You must create a profile. Check out the Character Profiles Forum for better examples.
Then you must post your profile in the Office of Citizenship Application Approval for it to be approved. Once approved, you may create a new topic in the Office asking for a Master, where the paring will eventually be approved. Then your MAster will create a Training Thread for you.
