Training for Isaah Cheve Sergei

[[I apologize in advance. This is my first training of anybody.]]

Issah, when you have arrived, training will commence.
Lord Legacy

hey

Lord Legacy strolled in to the training room where Darth Barad-dur was waiting for his apprentice and approached him and said " Darth Barad-dur, your apprentice is currently conducting a duel for me so you can use that for your training regiment if you like since I am of the rank master or higher" With that Legacy turned and left
Isaah

Isaah turned as to allow Legacy a path out the door. The metallic frame closed with a slight hum, and Isaah now looked to his new master. He felt strange, this being his first official contact with Sith, giddy, I suppose one could say, as he was eager to begin his training, just to see how good he really was. His robes billowing in the ghostly wind, colored as the whitest of snow. Isaah nodded slightly to Darth Barad-Dur before dropping his robes to the floor.

As his robe hit the floor, a bizarre purplish black glow began radiating from Isaah's skin, slightly pale, and just barely noticable, but it perplexed the young Sith Master nonetheless. "I'm here, my master." said Isaah in a crisp, monotone voice as he cupped his hands on the back of his belt, standing as if at in the military, at attention, waiting for his master's reply.
Lord Legacy

k

Lord Legacy returned into the training enviorment and spoke up "Actually Master Bara-dur, I Have heard many good things about Isah and would very much like to sit in this training for a bit to watch would that upset either of you?"
Darth Barad-Dur

"I don't mind," Barad-DUr replied, motioning Lord Legacy to a chair in the corner of the room.

"Now Isaah," he said, turing his attention to the youngling infront of him, "Why is the reason you want to become a Sith? It is very important that we know the reasons behind the decision."
Isaah

Isaah smirked abit, "The Sith are the only people left for me to turn to. Everyone else in every society has shunned me because of my beliefs, my appearance, and my needs. I have nowhere else to go, Master." his words were smooth and still relatively calming, cold, for some reason, but they seemed to relieve the stress in the room.
Darth Barad-Dur

Barad-Dur nodded. "Good. Now, I shall test your knowledge of the Star Wars universe."

"1: Who was Grand Admiral Thrawn.
2: In what timeframe did Anakin Skywalker complete construction on his lightsaber.
3: How many Emperor's have the Galactic Empire had since the Emperor's death (including those in competetion at same time).
Bonus: What is the proper emergancy shutoff procedure for a YT-1300?"
Isaah

"Thrawn was a Chiss Military Officer, and an Imperial Grand Admiral. The greatest of all military Generals, they say." Isaah began in a deep tone, but still seemed calm, "Anakin's first saber was crafted in 28 BBY, and I believe his second was crafted during the clone wars." Isaah wore a slight smirk for a moment, "And correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe there were 17, including those that ran for the role of Emperor."

Isaah's arms were folded across his chest, "I don't specialize in YT-1300's. I don't like the model, so I don't know anything about them." he finally finished, looking at his master with a proud glare.
Lord Legacy

k

Legacy spoke up at this point and said "Isah, i believe your master asked you to answer that question concerning the  YT-1300 and that means you do not have a choice in the matter, answer the question"
Isaah

"It's a bonus question. It's not required, and I don't study that sort of ship, so I'm not inclined to answer it." Isaah shot at Legacy somewhat furiously, his eyes toiling with a venomous green and blue, before turning back to their lifeless black, as he calmed down.
Darth Barad-Dur

"It was not required," Barad-Dur said, "It was bonus. But, as for the required, you did well. As for the emergancy shutdown procedure: power-down, then shut off."

"Furthermore, I don't care if you are inclined to do what I ask you or not. I asked you a question, and all I needed was if you knew it or not. I doubt you're inclined to die either, but that will not stop a Jedi or someone from killing you. You will do everything from now on without telling me or Lord Legacy that you like it or not. Understood?"
Isaah

"With all due respect, master, that's what I've been doing." Isaah answered in a cocky tone, "I didn't tell you I won't answer it. You gave me an option, I chose one." he finished, letting out a brief sigh. His eyes gleamed a pale, lifeless black in the darkened room as he glared at his master.

"What shall you have me do next?"
Lord Legacy

k

Legacy smirked and the young apprentice and though "The kids got spirt"
Darth Barad-Dur

Barad-dur choose to ignore the obvious slight since he knew that there was others in the order that would take the cockiness out of him.

"I want a full readout on your ship. I want a blueprint, and every specification on your ship. This will test your mechanical knowledge, which will come handy in tight spots."
Isaah

Isaah sighed abit, rolling his eyes as he dug into his robes which lay on the floor in a heap of snowy white. "I own a Miy'til Starfighter. A fighter kept by those in the Hapes Consortium." he continued, stopping after he'd burrowed into his robes for a good moment or two, finally pulling out a small sheet of faded white paper. "It's 7.2 meters wide, 160 MGLT, reaching up to.. roughly 1150 km/h. It's engine is a- oh, here's the blueprint." Isaah said quickly, as if he was going in depth and getting into his ship.

"It has four Incom 6x4 fusial thrust engines, a class 1.5 hyperdrive system with a 8.0 back-up, equipped with shielding, two single-fire or linked laser cannons, and one concussion missile launcher, which usually holds up to six missiles." Isaah said with a smug grin, obviously knowing more about his ship than most would begin to imagine. "Enough room for only a pilot and an astromech droid, 25 kilogram cargo capacity, and enough food to last a week."

Isaah now wore a full-on smile, waiting for his master's reply.
Darth Barad-Dur

"Impressive," Barad-Dur smiled back, "How long have you had said fighter?"
Isaah

Isaah looked as though he was in deep thought for a moment, "About three years, give or take." he said slowly, making sure of the exact date as he looked to his master.
Darth Barad-Dur

Hapes Consortium. They don't allow people to have thier fighters. Barad-Dur shrugged mentally, then drew both lightsabers and ignited them.

"Your lightsaber is your signature weapon," Barad-Dur said, fingering the lightsabers, "Enemies fear those who carry the lightsaber. The lightsaber is the swiftest weapon in your arsenal. But, unlike the Jedi, the lightsaber is not our life. We must be able to rely the Force when all else fails. And, it is easier to intimidate your enemies first, perhaps they will simpy surrender."

He twirled them twice, then shut them down. He returned the lightsaber to his side, and looked at Isaah.

"Your next task is, what is your choice of type of lightsaber?
What is your type of lightsaber Form?"
Isaah

"I use two short lightsabers, crafted to turn into a mini-double bladed lightsaber. My favorite form is Vaapad, a modified version I created, and Jar'Kai." Isaah said smoothly, looking his master in the eye for a brief moment. With the flick of his wrist, twin shortsabers shot out of his gauntlets and into his hand, both glowing a fiery purplish black, "It took me over a year to construct these."
Darth Barad-Dur

"A year?" Barad-Dur raised his eyebrows, holding out his hands, "May I handle them? Just to see the craftsman ship and durability." The last was to put his apprentice at ease if he thought his master had any malcontent.
Isaah

Isaah looked to his sabers for a moment, as if in thought, deep thought, "I don't think so." he said after another short pause, his over-protectiveness kicking in, he didn't have a good feeling about the situation, and let his short sabers fall comfortably into his palms, which were now held behind his back, Isaah in a stance that said he was at attention. His lifeless eyes gazed onto his master, his face showing the seriousness of his decision, unconciously giving a look that said 'do something about it.'

"I'm sorry, but I don't trust anyone with anything I own. I trust you'll understand." Isaah said with a scuff at the end, waiting for his master's response.
Darth Barad-Dur

Barad-Dur chuckled. "Good, good. Never trust anything to anyone. You have passed the next part of the test by not giving it up. If you had, it would have shown you weak and submissive. But you have shown yourself strong and willed."
Isaah

"Well.. I could have told you that myself.." Isaah said with a brief pause, his words full of bravado and ferocity, ".. Sir." he finished, a smug grin curving across his lips, "What do you wish of me next?" he questioned with a now serious tone, his lifeless eyes piercing into his master's own gaze.
Major General Celestial

walked

Relak walked into the room with his head held high.

" I wish to duel Isaah, I believe the apprentices should have a battle. I need one where I have just been promoted. It will be great training for Isaah as well."

relak glared at Isaah.
Isaah

Isaah returned Relak's glare with a sarcastic look and the roll of his eyes. Tilting his head to one side, as if saying 'are you serious?', Isaah looked to his master after looking at Relak's form, "If you wish it of me, my master." Isaah said in a humble, somewhat calm tone as his dual shortsabers found their way into his palms.
Lord Legacy

k

Legacy strolled back in to the training that he had been watching and said "Relak and Isah what a duel that could be.."
Darth Barad-Dur

"You can wait Relek," Barad-Dur said, feeling the tension and smiling inwardly, "There is still one more thing before I will allow the duel. Issah, I want you to check the orders of our glorious Empire and choose which one you wish to join."
Isaah

"I'm aiming for the Inquisitors. They partake in duties which I, myself, am familiar with. I don't wish to broaden my horizons, I don't wish to try anything new. The Inquisitors do things that I'm good at, so I'm best suited there." Isaah said without a second thought, in a sort of 'told-you-so' kind of way, his lifeless eyes still resting upon his master.
Darth Barad-Dur

Barad-Dur nodded, guessing he would have choosen that. "You certainly have the attitude for that field," Barad-Dur replied, "Now, I want you and Relek to fight a duel. I don't care how long it goes. Before you do it though, I want you to study up on him, and this goes for you to Relek. I want you both to learn of each other and perhaps learn some weakness that you can exploit, or maybe find something that you can unhinge your opponent in. I want you to post your findings in here, but Relek, since he is not my apprentice, does not have to post his findings."
Isaah

"May I inform you of said information after the duel, instead of before? There's no better way to learn a man's weaknesses than in his form, posture, and technique in combat." Isaah said in a smooth tone, letting his fingers quietly maneuver over and around the hilt of his shortsabers.
Major General Celestial

idea

"actually, that sounds as if it is a perfect idea. Instead, lets make it a two out of three match. The first one we will find what we are capable of, then we can go at it for real."

Relak exchanged a smirk with his master, Legacy.
Darth Barad-Dur

Barad-Dur saw the smirk and raised an eyebrow. He turned to Isaah and said, "I have no qualms just because an idea is not my own. We do a two-party duel. The first one shall be two pages, just to see what you can do. Second part of the duel you will really lay into each other. What do you say to this Legacy? Have any suggestions?"
Lord Legacy

hey

"I do not need to duel to prove anything, nither do you Master Bar-a-dur, the two apprentices have the world to prove so let them duel eachother while we sit back and enjoy the carnage" Legacy said with a wicked grin
Isaah

Isaah didn't wait for any further banter. As soon as he was given the okay, his blades lit afire with a brilliant purplish black color, overcasting the area with a pale light. He charged forward viciously, twirling his twin shortsabers on-hand before bringing his left-handed shortsaber around in a cyclone motion, spinning all momentum into his attack, some-three feet from his foe.
Major General Celestial

horse

"Hold your horses, we all know you're pretty good, but we're not on the grounds yet."

Relak got out his double-blade and twirled it with intensity.
Isaah

Isaah's shortsaber met his opponent's dual-bladed saber, forcing a loud shriek into the air as a dazzling explosion of the two blade's colors clashed with a sizzling howl. He wore a grin as the first strike fell, "Don't try to feed me your petty excuses. This battle was over before it even began." Isaah said arrogantly as he brought his left leg inwards, splitting his foe's stance. He sent forth his left blade once again, which was swiftly parried, but then inverted his body, and brought his right blade around in a fan-like motion, driving towards Relak's head.
Lord Legacy

k

Legacy sat back with his feet up watching the duel with much intrerest and yelled out "Come on you two, I know your both better than that give in to the hate inside both of you"
Darth Barad-Dur

Darth Barad-Dur watched Isaah slash away, and couldn't help but roll his eyes. Isn't being careful about his attacks, he thought to himself, could easily get himself beaten.
Major General Celestial

slash

Relak dodged one slash, then using force speed, cut him with the lightsaber in the back and force pushed him.

"Watch out, dont get reckless. My master has taught me not to underestimate your opponent, you should not underestimate me."

Relak charged at him, creating three force clones on the way.
Isaah

[umm.. three force clones? I'm pretty sure that's a feat that neither of us are capable of at this time. And.. why am I so easy to hit? because.. out of the two of us, IC-wise.. I do believe I have more experience.]

Isaah relaxed for a moment, focusing on his wound. Slowly, but surely, the burnt flesh seemed to return to it's normal tanned color. The intensity of the purple light aurating from his body grew sevenfold as he now eyed down the three rushing attackers. With a spiralling kick into the mid-section, the first entity vanished. Isaah ducked a strike from the second, and pulled his blade around, dicing through the chest of the second clone, which shortly vanished as well. With a quick turn, Isaah barely managed to evade a gash towards his chin.

"Underestimate you? Why wouldn't I?" Isaah said with a scuff as he landed a swift, barely powerful uppercut onto Relak's jaw. As Relak stumbled back, his attention temporarily elsewhere, Isaah seemed to vanish, obviously using the force to speed his movement, into the darkness above his opponent, perched on one of many metallic-alloy fortifying beams.
Lord Legacy

k

((He is quite right Relak, the force clone is a very diffucult thing to do))
Major General Celestial

Get me back

[Here, you can get me back, I practiced force clone in training, though. Sorry.]

Relak backflipped back from the beam and tryed to rapidly swing at Isaah.
Darth Barad-Dur

((especially three force clones. I've never tried it myself, but know that an apprentice can't do that, unless he is so powerful, that he is almost invincible.))
Isaah

Isaah dipped to the right, nearly falling off himself, but gaining his balance back as he rounded his foot around to sweep Relak's unstable foot from under him, letting his opponent's lightsaber thrust past him.
Major General Celestial

arm

Relaks own lightsaber grazed across his arm, but suddenly he retrieved it . His eyes turned a dark red, as vast as blood. He charged at his Sith companion.
Isaah

With another duck, Isaah barely managed to evade the biting blade of his opponent. He wore a grin as he swiftly, and ravenously, sent the same sort of leg sweep into the nearest shin of his foe, sending him tumbling from the rafters, hitting the ground viciously, some twenty feet below. A sinister chuckle let loose, before Isaah's saber disengaged, allowing him to become completely enshrawled in shadows and darkness, making himself seemingly invisible to his opponent, Isaah's favorite strategy.
Major General Celestial

r

Relak jumped into the rafters, trying to spot his opponent from above. Then, he felt a kick across his face.
Darth Barad-Dur

((Please try not to control to control Isaah's actions.))
Lord Legacy

k

(yes the key to effective rping is to react to what the opponet does in an effective and feasible manner)
Darth Barad-Dur

((I know you didn't mean to try to control him, but, for him not to have been controlled, his foot would have to fly off and do it's own thing and Isaah would have only one foot left.))
Isaah

[We need to sort something out here, Relak. I took your feet out from under you. You're falling to the ground, and I do believe I mentioned you hitting the ground. You have no idea where I am at the moment, for my lightsabers are turned off, and I'm completely hidden. Now.. please re-post.]
Major General Celestial

d

(Actually I hit the ground and bounce d back up but ok.)

Relak layed there sprawled on the ground with his eyes shut.

(How did I end up on the ground anyway, it was getting good. Also, Darth Barad-dur, I think it fair that both of us control each other a little. Even though that was rash, I was only trying to say what Relak was going to do after.)
Isaah

[I don't believe anywhere in that post you said you bounced off of the ground. And controlling each other when it comes to small things is fine, like a kick or a punch, but slashing at each other, like you did earlier to me, and vicious kicks that land without me being able to defend myself just aren't acceptable.]

Isaah was crouched quietly in the rafters above his prey. His lifeless blackened eyes glared onto his fallen opponent as he remained absolutely silent, the only noise being the breathing of his master and Legacy. Isaah wore a slight grin as he gripped his shortsabers tightly.
Major General Celestial

s

(Sorry about that, my bad. When you put it that way... uh.)

Relak began to get up, he knew the first round was over, and he was badly injured, so he jumped up to Isaah and started to meditate in front of Isaah and his masters.

"Tell me when you are ready for the second battle. I think we are both warmed up now, lets just heal."
Lord Legacy

k

Legacy stood up and walked up to the two apprentices and said "It was a very well fought fight, but you both focused mostly on attacks and some of them left you very open for attacks. This will be fatal against a more highly skilled opponet"
Major General Celestial

m

"I am sorry my master."

Relak stood up and had a moment of empathy, and then it turned into hatred.
Isaah

Isaah hit the ground with a loud thud, his body crouching to stop himself from taking a bulk of the impact. He stood up and looked to Legacy, letting a smug grin curve across his lips, before sliding his shortsabers into his sleeves once again. "Battles cannot be won without one of the combatents being aggressive. If both combatents stay defensive, watching their movement instead of trying to win the fight, then it'd be a relatively pointless match, don't you agree.. sir?" Isaah muttered, somewhat cockily as he turned his attention to Relak.
Lord Legacy

k

"Oh I agree Isaah, I am merely saying untill your attacks become flawless you need some defense or someone like myself or your master would find your openings and take extreme advantage of them" Legacy said with a smirk
Major General Celestial

w

"We should think about this, a flawless offense can not hitch without a good defense."

Relak stared at Isaah with despise.
Isaah

Isaah didn't let Relak's glare get to him, he smirked abit as he shrugged it off. He looked to Legacy, letting a slight scuff escape from his cracked lips, "Perhaps, but I don't do defense. My aggression makes up for it." he said with a shake of his head.
Lord Legacy

k

"We will see, Isaah" Legacy parked and then he turned to both of the apprentices and said " Now Continue!"
Major General Celestial

r

Relak suddenly drew his lightsaber and tryed to get a quick shot on Isaah. Relaks sweat was in a mist upon his forehead.
Isaah

Isaah's shortsabers sprung from his wrist holsters in an instant, being gripped quickly by his palms. His blades made an 'x' as he stopped the oncoming strike with both his sabers. Pushing his right saber upwards, and letting loose a scuff, Isaah sent Relak's blade upwards, before he sent in his second blade for his opponent's abdomen.
Darth Barad-Dur

"Well Legacy, if aggression is all that is needed to win battles, no one would be around, would there?" Barad-Dur smirked at the Dark Lord, shaking his head a little bit in amusement.
Major General Celestial

T

Relak tryed to sweep Isaahs feet out from, then while he was he tried to bring his fist around.
Isaah

[umm.. am I to assume my slash didn't hit you? you didn't mention anything about dodging, evading, or parrying my attack.. so, what happened?]
Major General Celestial

d

(apparently, Relak ducked by trying to sweep.)
Isaah

[you need to be more clear in your actions. You can't just allow people to assume what's happening with you. Be graphic, and VERY detailed, or I'm sorry to say, but I won't continue this duel.]

Isaah lifted his leg, letting his foe's foot slide under it, and just before Relak's fist hit Isaah's cheek, Isaah let out a vicious force push; not overly powerful, but strong for an apprentice. The wave didn't really launch Relak backwards, but merely made his footing unstable, and Isaah used this moment to charge forward, thrusting his tainted purple blade towards his opponent's chest.
Lord Legacy

k

((he is quite right Relak notice Isaah's posts they are long and detailed and not just a couple of sentences, you will notice that in all of the rps and duels on this site focus on this please))
High Defender Adenn

As the duel went on, the now High Protector entered the room. He hoped his presence would not interfere with the apprenitces' training. Adenn walked around the battle and over to Lord Legacy and Darth Darad-Dur."Greetings my friends." He said as he turned his attention the the dueling apprenitces.
Lord Legacy

k

"Ah, Adenn. My friend come to watch the carnage of an apprentice duel" Legacy said as his good friend apporached
High Defender Adenn

"Both of them have little or no defence and their accuracy is not much better. They should atleast have defensive skills." He said turning back to Lord Legacy. "But the're our future arn't they?" He said in a retoricale question.
Lord Legacy

k

"I have explained this to both of them, but especially Isaah refuses to listen to reason" Legacy said with a smile he then added "We will see how he feels when he leaves a duel with a Sith of much higher rank with one arm about defensive tatics"
High Defender Adenn

"I will do it." He said as they stood their. He knew alot about Defensive tatics, being the High Protector, you kind of had to know those kind of things.
Darth Barad-Dur

"I quite agree, my friend," Barad-Dur said, "Isaah is a cocky son-of-a-lightsaber. A master would tear both of them apart with little or no problem, and humility would indeed be good for both."
Isaah

[Bump? I'd like to get some sort of training.. preferably sometime soon.]
Darth Barad-Dur

[[I'm working on it]]

"Alright, Isaah," Barad-Dur said, "I am setting up a graduation duel for you. When it is ready, I will tell you."
Darth Barad-Dur

Issah at once proceed to the Dojo. You will instantly know which duel to be in.
Isaah

Sir.
Isaah

Inquisitor Gra'tua has brought the duel to an end. He said I've proven myself worthy.
Darth Barad-Dur

"Alright, procced at once to your knighting ceremony."
