((NOTE: I don't mind IC or OOC Training. I'd prefer IC, but it's up to you, Master.))
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
(( Then we shall do it IC. I will post an intro, you can post after. ))
Jinko made his way up the grassy hill, the hill grew steeper and harder to climb, but such were the hurdles of life. Digging his cane into the ground he pushed himself forward and continued the pace until he found his way to the top. Standing there he looked out onto the grassy fields, the wind blew the grass into a swaying motion that rubbed gently against Jinko's leg.
Digging his can into the ground he stood quietly and idly awaiting his apprentice to show, he was going to show him more than the force, something even mercy would not spare him.
Jak
Jak slowly walked up the hill, the grass blowing in the gentle breeze against his leg. He had his head low, and his hood over his head, shading in half of his face, only the lower nose and his mouth showing. He exhaled slowly, calming himself, prepping his body for what awaited. It was something he done, like his own ritual, before important things.
His Master, Darth Prognie, whose real name was Jinko ((?*)), would be waiting for him at the top of the hill. Jak approached his Master, coming to the top. "I am here, Master." He bowed down on one knee, his eyes staring straight at the ground.
Supreme Commander Alor
Marix phased in a few meters away from Jak from his quarters. He was intrigued by the young Sith, and wanted to see just how well he would do in his training.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko felt the presence of his apprentice nearing him, he did not turn around to greet him with pleasantries, he just stood there letting the cool breeze gently carass his face. The breeze became harsh as it whipped against the grassy nulls below. Turning around he shook his head, "No need for formalities, I am only your teacher not your master." Yanking his cane from the ground he stepped forward.
Standing near Jak he picked up his cane to pull down jak's hood. Hitting jak in the back with his cane and then moving it back to his head he hit him below the chin. "Back straight and head up, you are a representative of the sith and of his majesty's army. I will not allow you to be a slob." Moving around he circled Jak preparing to correct any other errors with him, he was training a Sith not a soldier for a rebellion.
"Tell me, you wish to join the ranks of the army. Which form of lightsaber combat do you wish to master and why? If you wish to master different ones, explain those as well." Stopping in front of Jak, Jinko awaited his apprentice's responses.
Jak
Jak ignored the light beating, getting his body into shape. His back straightened and he put his head up. A wide grin spread across his face. He had known his personal answer to this ever since he had heard of the Forms.
"Djem So and Vaapad, sir," Jak said, grinning. "There are many reasons for this choice, but this is the main one: Aggresion. Those that defend are too afraid to strike out, so I willl use my aggresion," Jak responded.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko nodded, pacing around Jak he listened to his form and reasoning. "Two very aggressive forms indeed." Stopping in front of Jak he stood as if staring at him, but really he was feeling for Jak's source of anger. "But Vaapad is a form used mostly by those who need to channel their anger than unleash it. To be a true warrior of the sith empire, you must not channel your anger, you must feed off of it. You are no warrior of the light, you a fighter for the dark. Your concentration will be on Djem So, but you must also realize that against a multitude of enemies you will come short with Djem So."
Moving back from Jak he raised his cane, from it ignited a crimson blade that lit the grass with it's red light. Reaching into his robe he grabbed a lightsaber and threw it at jak. "Strike my lightsaber, we shall see how much strength you truly have."
Jak
Having been told of Vaapad's weakness's, Jak was furstrated. Djem So would be good one on one, but against multiple enemies, he would be weakened considerably. This would be something he would strive for, finding a solution to strengthen himself, something he could do when not training.
He activated the lightsabe,r the red glow illuminating his face and the area surrounding him, giving off a red 'aura'. His aura was naturally red, something he was proud of; a strong point of anger and power.
Slashing out with power, yet carefully monitored by control, equalling the attack, Jak grinned. "With pleasure," he responded, just before the blade clashed with his teachers. He had good muscles on him, and pushed forwards with great power.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko managed to absorb the strikes right after each other, he was unimpressed by the apprentice's strength or lack of strength. Holding up his hand he signaled for him to stop. "We will work on your strength, but you must realize that when you fight with djem so you apply your own physical strength as well as the force." Holding his cane he held it horizontally in front of him, "Now strike my blade once more but this time use your physical strength as well as the force to bring your blows down harder."
Jak
Jak nodded. He let the Dark Side flow through him for a moment, and then struck downwards, the Force aiding him, bringing him power. It felt good, and realised then that if he applied it to combat with Jedi, he would easily overcome them. His physical strength enhanced it, bringing more power into it.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko nodded, "Good, allow yourself to feel the force. Even as a warrior, you must be able to use the force, it is a great tool and once you learn to use it your own skills in battle will increase." Jinko deactivated his cane's lightsaber and moved away and sat down. "Come Jak, we must find that which fuels you so that we may teach you to find its unlimited source." Crossing his legs Jinko sat still waiting for Jak to join, Jinko was curious to see what made him tick.
Jak
Jak put a hand through his hair, the golden streaks in it coming out into the open. The young man walked over to where his Teacher was waiting silently for him, and sat down, crossing his legs. He thought back to when he was a young boy, when he had been told of his parents and how he had hunted them down.
His staring into nothing ended, and he turned to his Teacher, ready to answer. "I hate...," he said, his voice trailing off - just then he realised he hated alot of things, Jedi at the top of the list - "Jedi, the weakness they show, the compassion. The control of emotion. It's all making them weaker. If they were to embrace it, they would find strength." He paused. If Darth Prognie needed more, he would give him more.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko did not react to his apprentice's words as he just listened. "So you say that the jedi anger you because they are weak. So do you hate the person behind the ideals? Or the ideals themselves?" Jinko sat calmly still, he would let Jak ponder for a second before coming back. "You must remember that the jedi's ideals can be ideals for many. So you must take into account them all, and if it's weakness that angers you then it is weakness that you hate, not the person that it overcomes. To truly master your hate you cannot hate things, people, objects as those things do not last. But ideas? Those last forever, hate ideals, hate the idea of happiness. Hate the ideas of a weak old man giving to those that do not need. That? That is what will last forever. By hating something that lasts forever, you will always have it there causing your heart to pump faster, your blood to boil, and your power to unleash."
"Now answer my question once more, what do you hate?" Hoping to have given his apprentice a broader view, this way his hatred would be unlimited.
Jak
He has much wisdom, Jak thought to himself, after hearing what he teacher had just told him. His view now broader and wider, he answered again, after a few seconds of thought:
"I hate the people who made the Jedi Ideals. They will never cease, and they will follow them. They have followed them for thousands of years, and I don't think they are about to change," Jak said. He hoped the answer pleased Darth Prognie.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko shook his head, "You're picking a certain group, be general. It is when your hatred is unlimited that you can evoke so much strength." Standing up jinko brushed himself off and then hovered his cane into his hand. Walking away from Jak he made his way down the hill, their training was no where near done yet, as Jak still had to generalize his hate. "Come!" Jinko shouted as he walked. There was a nearby transport for them to take back. A training room awaited them.
Jak
((It's hard, lol, sorry. I'm trying to think, but can't come out with anything. Sorry.))
Jak quickly hastened, following Darth Prognie. The hill quickly went smaller and smaller, and the distance between them grew. The transport quickly came up.
"I'm sorry, my Lord," Jak said, walking after his teacher.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko stopped at their transport, turning to Jak he motioned for him to get on. Moving towards the edge of their vehicle, he grabbed onto the railings and waited for Jak to come before him. Turning to him he finally commented, "Do not feel sorry for not having the answers. It is quite the transition from going to hating one thing, to all things. But once you can hate many things, then you can begin to harness your true potential." Looking out onto the land they were speeding by he awaited their arrival at the nearby temple. There Jak's training would come in full force.
Jak
Jak walked to the side of his teacher. He would contemplate things, and he would learn from his teacher. He promised himself he would become one of the most powerful Sith in the history of the Empire, as long as he listened to Darth Prognie's teaching. His teacher knew much, his wisdom and knowledge great.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
The transport lead them to a temple belonging to the sith, it entered through a back entrance where other vehicles were stored. Once it had stopped jinko realized they were at their destination, getting off he made his way through the temple, letting Jak admire his surrounding only for a short period of time.
The corridors were buzzing with activity, masters and apprentices and the occasional non-force sensitive moving about. Not really concerned with them Jinko just quietly made his way down the halls, following by memory the location of the room he was taking Jak.
Stopping at a room with two doors, the doors shot open and Jinko made his way in allowing Jak to follow behind him. The room was a training room, weapons littered the surrounding area. Moving towards the edge he stopped and placed his cane on the wall. A vibro-sword hung on the wall, grabbing it Jinko turned back around and faced Jak, the sword pointing at him. "Grab a sword, or this will end quickly."
Jak
Jak used the Force to place his own lightsaber by Darth Prognies cane, and he Force pulled a Vibro-sword to him, bringing it round in an arc so the blade was vertically infrotn of him. He had moved his feet accordingly, getting them in position.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko stepped forward, his sword never dropping from its position. "Come at me, attack me in any way you see fit. Use your anger, use your hate and remember what I have told you." Jinko waited for his apprentice to make a move, first he would learn to unleash his hate, then he would learn to have to control it.
Jak
Jak quickly ran forwards, using his hate, remember what his master had told him. He used his hate for the Jedi and their Ideals, the people behind it. He used his hate for people who thought peace really existed. He attacked with his all, tne vibro-sword coming down in a sharp blow, quick, and strong.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jak's vibro-blade was met by Jinko's, the blade was horizontal leaving him and the sword to be perpendicular. Sparks jumped from the force of Jak's strike, Jinko spun on his left heal removing his blade from jak's path coming in a clockwise motion he brought his sword toward's jak's exposed back.
Jak
Twisting awkwardly, Jak managed to dodge most of the blow, although he still got grazed. A long scar, marked with blood that was about to come forth, was left behind. It wasn't much, the most of the 'pain' was stinging. Ignoring the 'pain' that he felt, he continued.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
Jinko could feel the emotions swirling through his apprentice, a grin laid upon his face he moved into a defensive stance. "Remember, unleash your anger." He waited for him to have a build up, using that against him would be key in teaching him the next lesson in this training session.
Jak
((Sorry for my absence.))
The anger, fustration, annoyance all within Jak reached the top. He blew. Going ballistic, but knowing he had control, he unleashed several sharp, quick, strong moves. The hacked, slashed, kicked, elbowed, his full Force coming out in his attacks.
Grand Inquisitor Prognie
(( Sorry I took a bit to respond, harry potter freakout is over. ))
Jinko managed to parry the sword blows but was caught off guard by the elbow to the face. Stumbling back from the unexpected shot, he shot a simple grin to his apprentice.
"Good, you are learning. Now take all your anger, channel it. Your blows though fast are inexperienced and wild. Your anger takes away from your moves, you must have precision. When you can control your power, you can give blows much faster and with actual aim." Pointing his sword at Jak he moved forward. "Now try it all again."
