Revan, because Sidious was not a dueler. In the Force I would still go with Revanas he understood the Force whereas Sidious just used it.

Revan. There is information of his true strength with the Force, dueling, etc. and would be able to defeat him. Sidious was more deceitful, manipulative, etc. - Which is why I like him more, but Revan would have won in a duel.

I would have to agree with Revan, although Sideous would put up a.... fair fight, Revan would massacre him.
