Not to detract from the thread Lady Actir made (many thanks for starting it!), but I wanted to restart this sticky thread with a few rules:
* Please only post to let us know that you will be leaving, or that you have returned. Do not post well-wishings to those departing or welcomes to those returning, comments are prohibited.
* If you are currently involved in an active roleplay mission, including a training mission, please post here if you expect to be absent for one week or longer. If you are involved in a training mission and expect to be gone longer than 72 hours, please post that in the mission thread.
* If you are not currently involved in an active roleplay, but have responsibilities on the board, please post here if you expect to be gone for two weeks or longer. If you are a member of an Order or otherwise have people who expect responses from you, and you expect to be gone for one week or longer, please either post in an appropriate forum or send a PM to the appropriate people.
* If you are not involved in a roleplay mission and do not have any responsibilities, please post here if you expect to be gone for a month or longer. However, even that is not necessary if no one is necessarily expecting your input in specific forums.
For the record, I do my best to log in at least once a day, and if nothing else check my PM's, the Sith Council forums and the Sith Holocron forums. However, I generally have less time Monday through Thursday, and may be less responsive during that part of the week.
Currently I expect to be gone for about a week in late July, and two weeks in September. I will update this thread when I have more specifics on those vacations.
