Grand Admiral thought over the younger Sith's plan and then pursued other options. He followed paths in his mind, not closing a single door. He tried to predict what would happen when and where, and how the Rebels would respond. They probably thought him to be a commander out of the Imperial Academy. While yes, he had been there, it was to teach and observe not to learn. When he finally came upon an idea that showed promise, he paused and pondered it. Calmly, he opened his shut eyes and looked back at the situation at hand. Less than a minute had passed since Malice put out his idea, and little had changed. He turned and looked down at the consol before him and groaned inwardly when he saw that there was still ten minutes left till his reinforcements arrived.
Well, that means time for a little improvisation, he thought to himself. Turning toward Malice, he rose from his seat and bade the Sith to follow.
“I find your idea intriguing, but my own I find better. You have shown much promise, and I regret that you chose to join the Army. I would like you to walk around the bridge, letting everyone see you. Keep them aware that Sith are present. While you are doing so, comm. Lord Praxeum and ask him how things are down on his end. Do not go through normal channels, but rather an encrypted Sith signal. I have been informed that a signal was traced down to the planet and back, and I do not want the Rebels to be able to do the same. When I have finished outlining my plan, you will receive it on this data-pad. Read over it and know what is expected of you and others.”
Marix then did an about face that even High General Vexen would be proud of, and walked off, back to his Admiral’s chair. Sitting down, he proceeded to begin formulating his plan from his head to the screen. Once he was finished, he sent a copy off to Malice and then waited for his reply. _________________
