Kralius Kol approaches the room where High Protector Adenn was patiently waiting. The door slid open and the long-tendriled Nautolan dressed in grey garments proceeded in; black robe flowing behind him. He kept a solid expression that lacked fear and clinched his hilt tightly with his left hand. Kol kneeled to one knee and bowed his head. "Master, I am honored, and ready when you are."

High Defender Adenn

Almost as suddenly as Kralius had kneeled, his weapons had been stripped from him and destroyed by the invisible phenomenon that was the force. "You will no longer require such trivial weapons." Spoke the Green Kel'dor as he continued to sit before the kneeling apprentice. "Now then, tell me why you are hear and what you wish to accomplish for the Sith, the Empire, and the Emperor."

Kralius Kol

Kralius stayed into a kneeled position but raised his head to make eye contact. "I am here because I am full of hate for the weakness of man. I am here to expand my abilities with this dark inner power and destroy what scarred me the most." Kralius then stood up. "I would like to train with the sith, fight with the sith, and die with the sith. I want to give my loyalty to this empire, that I will carry out ANYTHING that must be done, and for the Emperor's sake; If giving my life means keeping his, then so be it."

High Defender Adenn

"Your dramatics amuse me." Adenn said as his apprentice stood to his feet. It was then that the High Protector stood to his feet and walked to is apprentice, looking him up and down. He then started to walk around him. There was much hate, anger, and pain in this one. Something that Adenn relished. "What is the Sith code?" He asked as he continued to walk around the apprentice, his robes sweeping behind him.

Kralius stood there motionless like a corpse; eyes focusing forward, tendrils following his back side, and did not dare to look at his master circling him.

"Peace is a lie, there is only passion.

The Force shall free me. "

High Defender Adenn

"Good. Good." Said Adenn as he finished circling the Nautolan and went to sit down again. "What do you know of Pain? What of Hunger? What of betrayal?" Adenn continued in his series of questions; these new ones being that of the three Sith characteristics.

Kol watched as Master Adenn seated himself and then answered. "Pain is what triggers one's emotions. Pain is what could corrupt one or build one." Kol lifted his right hand and clinched his fist. "I have been betrayed by the most loved and it was THAT pain that gave me hunger and led me here. It is now, that hunger that desires power and revenge." Kol grabbed the sides of his black robe and hid his body in it, only showing his head. With a smirk, "I hope that wasn't to, dramatic."

High Defender Adenn

With out warning, only a moment after Kralius had finished speaking, a spiderweb of lighting had entered his body and forced him to the ground. "Your tone is displeasing." A rather calm voice spoke as the lighting streamed throughout his body. "Let you not forget whom you are speaking to." Adenn continued, and then after only ten seconds he had relinquished his apprentice from the attack and had seated himself again. "You must learn that such a manner and tone would have gotten you killed by anyone else in this Empire. But I see potential." The green Kel'dor then waited for his apprentice to rise before asking him another question. "Which of the Imperial Orders do you find suitable?"

Kralius rolled around on the floor keeping all pain in and after regaining focus, stood himself up slowly, catching his breath in the process. "My apologies master." Kol dusted off his black robe that was smoking all over and shook his head, feeling his tendrils flap side to side. He then stiffened himself up almost as to salut, but kept his arms by his side. "It is the Church of the Dark Side that I am seeking, High Protector."

High Defender Adenn

"What about the church appeals to you? Why not the Royal Guard, the Military, or the Inquisitors?" Adenn asked, he always wanted to know why people picked the orders they did, it was some what, an interest of his. "Also, what type of combat are you more suited towards? The Force or the use of a Light saber?"

Kol showed no hesitation in answering and spoke as soon as asked. "I want to join the Church because it is the power of the dark arts that interests me and the power that a Prophet consumes that I wish to acquire." Kol put both hands behind his back and eyed the destroyed pieces of his hilt. "Even though the force is what guides a Sith and where I would gain my power from, I would really like to master my lightsaber skills."

High Defender Adenn

"And what of the Sith Mages? Have you not considered them?" He asked.

Kol shook his head to agree with his master. "I understand a mage sounds good for me, but I dont want to focus primarily on the force, for thats what it seems they do. I want to be able to use my power and saber equally."

High Defender Adenn

"You are aware that the Inquisitors and the Guard both use their sabers as well as the force equally. The Mages and Priests Focus on the Force, and The Sith military, whom are fully capable in both areas focus on the force of ship battles and ground combat. For what you are looking for, my bias appeals me into trying to bring you toward considering the Royal Guard. But your talents would be put to great work in the Inquisitors as well." Adenn said as he stood again and started walking around his apprentice. "I can train you in the ways of both the force and the light saber, It is up to you how ever to make sure that both of these skills are put to the use you want them to."

Kol kept his eyes forward, not looking at his master as he circled him again. "Then I ask you to train me to the fullest of your knowledge with saber, Master. Then you can teach me the ways of the force when you feel that I am ready."

High Defender Adenn

"First you must construct a Saber. The tool and life of any Sith." Adenn said as he ignited his Ancestor's saber. The Orange blade of Plo Koon's saber sprang to life with a snap and hiss as it began to hum as he held it before his apprentice. And then after only a few moments he had switched it off and stowed it back away in his cloak. "The necessary instruments and supplies have been provided." Adenn said as he pointed behind the Nautolan, a small service droid with a tray had parked itself in the middle of the room, the tray filled with the tools and supplies he needed to construct his weapon.

"Thank you Master. I will get right to work and when im done, ill report back to you." Kol bowed and turned to exit the room, black robe flowing behind him. Several hours have passed by and Kol used holocron research to explain how to assemble the correct pieces. Within time, his lightsaber was complete and he made his way back to where the High Protector was. "Master, I have constructed my lightsaber." Kol pulled out his silver Arbiter hilt clipped on his left hip and ignited the bright red saber.

High Defender Adenn

"Your hunger for knowledge and power are refreshing, most who enter hear are barely average students." He said as he walked to the front of Kol and used the force to take the saber from his hand, the bright red blade disengaging as he did so. As it landed in his hand, Adenn analyzed it, taking its its curves, edges and weight. "You have done well. But the question remains, what form of saber stance do you wish to use?"

Kol froze with shock. At one moment he clasped his hilt in his hands and before a breath, it was force snatched by the High Protector. "Well it is my goal to master all seven lightsaber forms, but for now I find much interest in Shii-cho and Makashi."

High Defender Adenn

"Ahh Shii-Cho and Makashi. A good foundation for future styles." Adenn said as he used the force to once again hover his Apprentice's saber in front of him. "Take your Saber and we will begin your Shii-Cho training."

Kol watched as the lightsaber floated in front of him and he grabbed the hilt with his left hand. He took a step back and ignited the glowing red blade. "It would be my pleasure to start, Master."

High Defender Adenn

As the Apprentice grabbed his saber and ignited it, two droids walked out from behind Adenn. They were holding Blaster rifles and waited for voice confirmation. "Destroy him." Adenn said to the droids as they stood there. It was then that the two droids started to open fire. Adenn simply sat in his chair and turned around, waiting for the out come of the duel.

As Adenn sat down, Kol took several steps backwards as the two droids began to open fire. He brought his saber up to the right and then to the left, deflecting the first several shots, but quickly realized that he couldnt block all day. Releasing some anger, Kralius hurled himself forward into the air and with one swing, decapitated the droids.

High Defender Adenn

As the apprentice landed behind him, three more droids can from behind the apprentice and began to open fire. Shii-Cho was a great form, one that would keep him alive in laser battles. Learning this style was seldom taken this far at the very start, but Adenn had a certain perspective about training, one that probably has lost him a few apprentices along the way, but they were weak and did not deserve the title of Sith.

These droids were equipped with repeating blasters, not just the normal semi-automatic blasters like before. This was a test that Adenn was new to applying in his teachings, but he was not longer going to stand for weak individuals in this Empire.
