I am calling on any able-bodied Sith to join me in our first ever General Assembly. Each person participating shall receive a voice in the future of this Empire.
I shall be presiding over this meeting and moderating discussion. We shall spend as long as necessary on each item.
A briefing on each agenda item shall be written prior to discussion. A motion must be made and seconded in order for discussion to proceed to the next agenda item after I decide conversation is over.
The set agenda for this meeting shall be multi-progned but may not reflect the order presented here:
1.) Redressing the Rank System
2.) Redressing the Promotion System
3.) Drafting a social contract between Empire and Citizen
4.) Developing a body of law
5.) Addressing the current system of government
6.) Putting in place a more effective hierarchy
7.) Development of new Orders, organizations, or institutions
To add an item to this agenda, two-thirds of the General Assembly must agree to the items inclusion.

Collectively, this body of work accomplished by the General Assembly shall be known as the Imperial Reformation Acts of Kuat.

In order to participate in this General Assembly, you must first formally request a position in Delegate Acceptance in our Assembly Hall.

The General Assembly shall have its first session on Saturday the Sixteenth of February. I anticipate a great deal of discussion shall go into each item, especially given the procedures that shall be put in place by Saturday.
