Updating the Rank System - Episode IV

Sithlings,
In an ongoing quest to better the roleplay experience for all parties, I am working with other leaders to craft a better Rank System than our previous three. I realize we're now averaging one system every nine to ten months, but let us hope this last experiment has shown us what is and is not effective.
Preperations are being made to unveil a new system that shall take effective as soon as rank images are produced. I pray your patience and understanding that when the new system is published and when the new system take effect are different things.
Also, part of this new system shall be the abolishment of the current Officer's Lounge. This area of the forum has been reserved for members of Sith Orders, but since some users choose to walk a different path, I realized it was unfair to peanlize them. As such, the new system shall take into account the merits of Sith of a certain rank and reward them with viewership of a Moff's Council. In effect, it shall serve the same purpose as the Officer's Lounge, but have more of an in-character practicality.
The High Council has already pegged certain users for certain planets, and those too shall be published shortly.
