Reopened after a long suspension, the Moff's Council has been reopened for several reasons, both in-and-out-of-character.
It is my hope that the reopening of the body shall encourage active participation. I am in a unique postion as leader of both the in-and-out-of-character institutions running this operation. Government of the Empire is in the hands of the Moffs and the Dark Lords, both groups that I oversee.
I shall take a less active role in this new Moff's Council, leaving it up to the lower chamber to deliberate more. An official, binding version of the text shall be made public. I shall have to sign off on it before anything can be enacted.
