It's just utter garbage. It sounds almost exactly like the bubblegum pop that's been the favorite of oh so many teens this decade.

And just because some people may like this type of music it's crap?

I hate "bubblegum pop" as you call it. But I like Lady GaGa. So what does that mean? That I'm like every other teenager?

To me, it is crap. Lil' Wayne, 3oh!3, and Hollywood Undead are just a few other "bands" that have garbage music.

I never said that every teenager liked Lady GarbGarb, I said many of them did. And since I don't really know you, I can't make that judgment call.

I only like one song from 3OH!3 but they are on my iPod none-the-less.

Other artists on my iPod include: Alice Cooper, Metallica, Lady GaGa, Britney Spears, Blood on the Dancefloor, Blink 182, Slipknot, Cher, Celine Dion, The Corrs, U2, Rihanna, Elton John, Bon Jovi, Coldplay, Collin Raye, Willie Nelson, Garth Brooks, Mika, Dido, Dolly Parton, Kelly Clarkson, etc.

Way more too. I'm pretty eclectic.

The name 3oh!3 doesn't make sense in the least.

Coheed and Cambria, Anberlin, Children of Nova, The Prize Fighter Inferno, Shabutie, and RED are my favorite artists. I also rather like Within Temptation.

Anberlin is the name of the lead singer's daughter-to-be and also because he wanted to visit Berlin.

Shabutie was actually just a random name that the band members came up with with. later on, they decided that it was stupid so they changed it. Coheed and Cambria was born.

They sure make much more sense than a number - two letter word with an exclamation mark behind it - and another number.

I didn't think Anberlin made sense until you told me what it stood for.

So maybe you should go find out what 3OH!3 stands for.

What does bubblegum pop mean?Is it just a generic term for the noise that is a mockery of real music that teenagers listen to?

Sometimes when I'm in a pissed mood, Slipknot and Metallica tend to be the bands I listen to.

I have mixed feelings about Anberlin.

On the one hand their music is quite good.

On the other hand it's Christian Propaganda.

I am quite a fan of Anberlin. My band has covered their song "A Day Late" in concert before, in fact.

My personal taste in music ranges to all genres. 9 out 10 bands we play with are post-hardcore/popcore bands. So, I listen to that more than anything. But I like anything from Molotov Solution to Smiletron.
