For continued responsible and just governance, the Sith High Council shall be reorganized into a New Imperial Court.
The Court shall be composed of a larger network of Sith than just Order Heads.
Membership to the Court is by personal invitation that must be accepted or declined within seven (7) days of the sending; there is no required rank or accomplishment to be included in the Court.
New positions comparable to Grand Vizier and Darkest Knight shall be included in more ranking members of the Court.
The New Imperial Court is designed around the belief that ideas, convictions, concerns and thoughts may be shared in a consequence-free enviornment for the good of the Empire and then be acted upon if a sufficent case is made.
